Just in case anyone's curious, I tested this and they DO in fact stack with flasks, so they're not elixir buffs (as the lack of such notification would imply, but you never know), and as far as I can tell, they also don't seem to have a duration, just like the old cologne and perfume. Interesting.

As a rogue, this seems to have caused me to be unable to perform any direct attacks (perhaps in conjunction with some other buffs). Removing the perfume buff solved the problem.
