There is no certainty that the Dire Horns will be Exotic and therefore only tameable as BM. The "required skill" could very well be something any Hunter can acquire through a special quest or series of quests. The way it's worded makes me think that this will be the case

I'm confused - does this only affect spells targeting the Direhorn? Or does it deflect spells for everyone in your party?

I really really hope this spell acts like the target "shields" in Scarlet Halls. Cause if so, I am SO going to put this to use on directional raid boss attacks. "Stack behind the Three Horn!"

Unfortunately, only deflects casts DIRECTLY against pet.

Imagine, standing behind your pet, and reflecting everything that comes your way.

Imagine them locks spamming chaos bolt but only to find out they are killing themselfs.

Imagine casters avoiding you because of your mighty Cera!

If only...

One can only dream.

Just want to clarify, this spell also prevents certain AoE Spells from damaging the Direhorn ie:Skycall

I was really disappointed when i found this only affects spells targeted toward the direhorn. Now this is hardly usable in pvp xD

It's a neat looking pet but the reflect is utter brainless trash.

It is a channeled spell reflect that works only against spells cast directly against your pet.

It also might work against some aoe spells, but rarely.
