Everything stacks normally EXCEPT these exceptions:

Cat Form speed increase is ignored while under the effects of Dash.
Minor Speed speed increase is ignored while under the effects of Stampeding Roar.
Prowl is always applied last.

NOTE: Does not effect Aquatic Form or Flight Form (flying), but does effect Flight Form at ground speed. Guild speed buff effects Flight Form while flying, but not on the ground. ALSO, for Charred Glyph numbers simply look at the non-prowl cat form lines on the chart.

Logged in today (1st Sept) and this talent doesn't appear to be effecting cat form any more. I have tried removing and re selecting the talent but no joy. Any one else getting the same issue? is it a bug or working as intended?

I get exactly the same speed from my travel form with feline swiftness as I get from my tiger mount. I tested it out with the in-game stopwatch and rode as straight as possible. Took me 41 seconds both ways, one way on my tiger, the other way as a moose.

Nerfed in patch 5.2 to not stack with Shapeshift Movement Speed (the feral PvP set bonus). Because of that, this talent is now essentially useless for feral and guardian druid PvP.

For flag carrying, consider the other two options: Displacer Beast had it stealth component removed, so you can now use it while carrying the flag for a 20 yard blink every 30 seconds. On the other hand, the Travel Form version of Wild Charge is a 20 yard "leap" every 15 seconds, and can also teleport you up graveyards and to the roof in Warsong Gulch if used in caster form.

Druids make for great bank alts.

You get cat form at only level 6, which is probably maybe 20 or 30 minutes of quests.

Makes you move at 201% while dead as a Night Elf.
201.25% to be exact.
You can check so by simply dumping your speed via chat command while moving

/dump (GetUnitSpeed("Player") / 7) * 100
100%*1.75(wisp)*1.15(talent)=201.25%

This talent does not stack with either Glyph of Aquatic Form (135% movement speed) or Glyph of Travel (200% movement speed).

It may still be useful if one does not need Wild Charge; however, I must say that in Draenor where flying is not the norm, "abusing" the Bear Form's version to rush up that small cliff to a mob is very convenient... as is the rush to a target at the bottom of a long drop (timed right, damage is avoided). I would guess that the cat version is similar (the stagg version is super goofy with pathing).

So for raids and non-exploration/questing, Feline Swiftness (this page) may be preferred; however, do not count out the utility of Wild Charge!
