This seems to stack with Shamanistic Rage, but not fully.

Lava usually does about 600 damage, with Shamanistic Rage it does about 420, with just Astral Shift, it does ~360, with both together, it does about 250, not mattering which is cast first.

This is an approximately 58% damage reduction if both are on at once.

This is the best Talent Skill for Elemental & Enchantment Shamans,
a real life saver while you're running away from enemy in ghostwolf form,
atleast for lvl 15-20 Twinks in Battlegrounds.

Nature's Guardian is best for Restoration Shamans.
