go to the hero board, there you can pick up vashj'ir or hyjal and at level 82 deepholme. i would recomend skipping vashj'ir its a terrible place (imo) for movement ect any ground aoe wont work unless ofc you are actualy on the ground which wont be often as most mobs are not even on the ground (vashj'ir is an underwater zone). as soon as your level

I'd do the Vashj'ir quests up to the point when you get your seahorse mount and then go to Mount Hyjal.

I go to vashj'ir to shimmering expanse and kill green crabs. They are plentiful

If I had to quess...I would say that N'Zoth, presumably in the Rift, would live in the Dark Below. Throughout Vashj'ir, his tendrils attacked almost everything. Ozumat, the naga and the faceless ones were presumably working for him.
