today, 7/8/18 after doing the 3 sisters quest and picking up the missive, I turned both quests in but then I didn't get the alibi letter to give to henry framer so i can't go on to the next chapter.

Quest Name:	Start and description	Finish
1. The Curse of Fletcher's Hollow	Lucille Waycrest - You need to travel on south to Evelyn Pare at the Timbered Strand in Drustvar.	Evelyn Pare
2a. Clear-Cutting	Evelyn Pare - You need to kill 8 Curseformed Familiar. They are on northeast from you.	Evelyn Pare
2b. Save Who We Can	Evelyn Pare - You need to rally 6 of Frightened Woodsman. They are on northeast from you.	Evelyn Pare
3. Hope They Can't Swim	Evelyn Pare - Go on possition. You need to defend the villagers as they board the boat. Will be 2 waves.	Evelyn Pare
4. Break Them to Splinters	After you will finish Hope They Can't Swim that quest will Auto start. Just get to 100% killing mobs.	Auto Finish
5. The Three Sisters	Evelyn Pare - You need to kill 3 sisters: Sister Ashwell, Sister Early and Sister Mooring in Fletcher's Hollow.	Evelyn Pare
6. A Revealing Missive	AUTO START OR Levae's Missive - This Quest can start auto or One from sister will drop Levae's Missive that how you starting this quest. The thing is that you only need to go back to Evelyn Pare O-o.	Evelyn Pare
7. Charming the Lifeless	Bladed Charm - You need to control Dormant Ravager use for that Wicker Charm. success rate i thing is 30% xD.	Evelyn Pare
8. The Murderous Matron	Evelyn Pare - Take control on Dormant Ravager and go on south to the cave. You need to kill Matron Levae. Dormant Ravager is very stron O-o.	Evelyn Pare
9. Culling the Coven	Evelyn Pare - Take control on Dormant Ravager and go on south to the cave and kill 25 mobs inside. You will Auto back.	Evelyn Pare

If there is a world quest (like a naga invasion) in fletchers hollow, you will need ot complete it (and maybe wait for it to expire in the case of the naga attackers) to get the quest NPCs to show up/be interactable

Deliver Evelyn Pare's letter to Constable Henry Framer at Hangman's Point.

Description

It'll take us a while to clean up the beasts that are left over, but I'm confident we'll be able to take back Fletcher's Hollow--thanks to you, of course. Here, take this letter to the constable. It should be enough to clear Miss Waycrest's name. I'm sorry you had to witness all of this, mainlander. We are good people, but these are terrible times.
