Description

Working the Darkmoon Faire is a dangerous job, <name>. It's no surprise that many of our workers get injured setting up, taking down, and transporting all of its attractions.

Some of the injured workers can be found around here, near the wagons. Others have gone to the healing tent for treatment. Would you take these bandages and see if you can help any of the injured workers?

the profession quests that grant skill points ARE repeatable, but would only grant skill points like once a week or so...

This quest requires atleast 75 skill points in First Aid

Just tested it on my paladin that had no First Aid skill at all. Quest was unavailable, so I made bandages next to the guy. The moment I got to 75 skill points the quest appeared

One of the new patch 4.3 Darkmoon Faire profession quests, you must have at least 75 skill in First Aid to see this quest.

This quest requires no additional items, simply target an Injured Carnie and use the Darkmoon Bandage provided.

The profession quests can only be completed once during each Darkmoon Faire and will grant 5 skill points.

The nearest vendors to the Darkmoon Faire portals are Kuruk (H), Innkeeper Farley (A) for the Moonberry Juice and Shadi Mistrunner (H), Tharynn Bouden (A) for all the other trade goods. You'll have to collect the fossil fragments yourself. If you forgot to bring your fishing rod with you, Tatia Brine on Darkmoon Island sells fishing supplies.

For anyone having trouble locating the quest giver, Chronos can be found at (54, 70) on Darkmoon Island.

To get this quest, you need to find Chronos.

He is behind the pavilion to the southeast.

Find the food vendor Stamp Thunderhorn, and go behind the faire to the southeast.

These will probably be available one week per month during the week of the Faire.

Just a heads up to those new to the Faire and this quest...

There are more "injured" carnies than just the one set that can be healed nearest the questgiver. Be sure to keep an eye open.

And Yes I am posting this because a poor soul was having some major difficulties finding a NON-Injured carnie to heal, I pointed them to another place to help the injured. And they suggested I post about it. So I am!

hm, doing this as a Paladin seems to Proc ( or any other of the three in that tallent ) ( whith holy spec'ed Paladins of course )

As of 5.0, this quest appears to be gone when I check with a character who has 525 first aid skill. I am going to check with other characters.

EDIT: The quest is not appearing even for a lower level character who is not capped. These quests appear to be broken.

RE-EDIT: They are fixed now. Apparently the problem was that the monthly quests were not reset.

If your server is anything like mine, the injured carnies are swamped by players when the Faire starts up. Almost directly across the main thoroughfare from the quest-giver there is another group of carnies just to the left of Boomie the fireworks vendor.

If you head to the back of the group and center yourself between the 3 carnies there you can heal all three w/o moving, then move to your fourth to complete the quest. Nobody ever goes there and it mystifies me as to why.

Did this just now and at level 16, I received 1,150 exp along with the tokens, ticket, and healing bonus (healing was ~110 at the time so good enough).

As this is one of the quest that every toon does upon reaching the festival (needs no ingredients, not time consuming, etc) it is the one I use to check to see whether I've gone to the Darkmoon Faire with that toon (very handy if you have 10+ alts, and forgetful like I am)

Lovely little one-line macro:

/run print(IsQuestFlaggedCompleted(29512))

will return 1 of you have already bandaged the carnies this month with that toon.
