Return the Sparkling Stone and the Stave of Equinex to Troyas Moonbreeze in Feathermoon Stronghold.
Description
The moment the artifact is removed from the Monolith, you feel the energy in the Stave of Equinex begin to fade.

I have been reading since you left, <name>. This stone you have found is called the Morrow Stone. While I am not entirely sure what its purpose is yet, you can be sure that it is something of great significance to be hidden away inside the Equinex Monolith the way it was.
