Speak to "Jon-Jon Jellyneck", next to the windrider, to gain your flight squad, then fly over to the position marked on your minimap (also a red circle indicating it on the ground).

Talk to Jon-Jon Jellyneck beside the flight master in the camp.
Get the flight team
Fly straight up until you are about level with the sides of the mountains.
Fly over the red circle on the map.
Fly straight down and complete request.
Return and turn in.

coords 39.19, 64.49 - the red circle kinda blinks on and off so a little hard to see it - very base of the ramp up.

You need to have the "Projected Textures" option enabled in your video settings to be able to see the red blinking circle for the quest.

i dont see the red blinking circle, i do have projected textures on. when i go to the coords nothing happen, what should i do?

This was my last quest in the need of the Fading Into Twilight achievement!

It's really easy.
1. Mount up
2. Talk to Jon-Jon
3. You have now about 4-5 windrider assasins following you.
4. Fly to where the map marks. There's a red circle on the ground showing you where you should land.
5. Land

You have now completed the quest. Fly back and deliver quest to the undead lady.

because that's what happened.
I wondered what the lady was talking about at hand-in...

This quest is a REAL pain.Even with all these helpful comments its still near impossible to complete it.Its one of the few quests out there which prove too hard even if you've read the Wowhead comments.Fortunetly this guy decided to make a video of this hellish quest.

Projected Textures no longer needs to be activated in order to see the red circle landing spot.

Kor'kron Drop

Get a Crushblow Wind Rider squad from Jon-Jon Jellyneck and then escort them to the drop off point in the Twilight Gate.

Description

Garona and a detachment of the Kor'kron are here to assist us with operations up top in the Twilight Citadel. I need you to escort them there.

I've called upon a local tribe of trolls to give us a lift in with their wind riders. The assassins have some things that they need to do down in the Twilight Gate area first, though.

Speak with the troll chief, Jon-Jon Jellyneck and get yourself a detachment of Kor'kron to drop off. You'll fly them in. A big red X marks the spot.
