We Recruited him by haveing the whole raid stack on sergeant quackers and then get polyed (we had 12/14 people polyed and that was apparently enough)

This achievement was the least fun to figure out honestly. TLDR, the easiest way to do this is just to have the whole group stack underneath where the duck is standing, and when Pip polymorphs people, stay stacked and have everyone left or right click the duck until he salutes you back and jumps into the fray. Continue the bosses as normal, and gg.

Hello! The achievement is quite simple, but few have clarified a couple of points. The main task is to ensure that all or most of the raid becomes ducks. We did it in a 30-person raid and it looked like this:

1. At the start of the fight, everyone stands under the duck sitting on the wall to the left as soon as you enter the room. Even the tank with the bear stands with us.
2. Transform (ourselves) 5 people into ducks, and as soon as the debuff wears off them, the other 25 people (because the duck transforms another 5 players into ducks). Thus, the majority of our team turns into ducks, and our sergeant leads us, and the achievement is credited.
3. The boss needs to be killed using the normal tactics.

Also, it's worth mentioning that as soon as everyone turns into ducks, you need to click the sergeant or pay salute to him, or better yet, do both. Because we didn't fully understand if having the required number of player-ducks was enough or if we needed to pay salute to him as well.

Also, if you fail to do this after the first spread of ducks, then die and start over.

As you enter the boss room you'll see Sergeant Quackers off to the left as seen at blue in this screenshot. Have your entire raid stack on green on pull (or pop CDs on pull and move there afterwards as the first bomb isn't for 25 seconds).

When Pip puts out Polymorph Bomb on people those people normally need to eat the spores around the room and use their second action bar button to free themselves from duck prison. For this achievement everyone should stack under Sergeant Quackers and wait for the bombs to expire, which will briefly disorient everyone hit and turn you into ducks. While transformed someone needs to click on Sergeant Quackers to get him to join the fight and once he does you can kill the boss.

When we tried this the first couple pulls it seemed very buggy. There were plenty of times where we had the majority of the raid or even the entire group poly'd and we weren't able to click on Quackers. The best advice I can give is to just keep polymorphing yourselves until it works. Took 3 pulls worth of spam poly'ing ourselves for it to work for us.

Also note that if you're trying to do this on Heroic or for some ducked reason doing it on Mythic that when the bombs expire they will give the hit people (everyone) their own bombs and you'll need to eat spores to break out rather than just being disoriented for a short time. Since you get a limited amount of spores and each person needs 3 this will take a long time to recover from so I'd recommend you do this one on normal.

To add:
* Make sure druids are NOT in any druid form as they can't get polymorph then. After our druid got our we were able to get him down
* we just stacked there and everyone tried to click or /salute him

Also running into an issue with this? Don't dps the bosses until the polymorph phase. Sergeant Quackers deems wounded enemies as a dishonorable fight and will not join you on your endeavour.

Stack on the wall by the duck on the left at the start of the room.
Spread the poly bomb.
Target the duck and /salute while poly'd.

In our case Sargeant Quackers didn't come down until we polymorphed the entire raid. No salute nor click needed.

My raid had trouble at first, then we grouped up into 3 different spots for each polymorph bomb and Sergeant Quackers immediately dropped down when each bomb timed out.

To the right side there is Sergeant Quackers, and you need to boost his morale to join the fight and help defeat the bosses. To do this, all players need to become quacked next to him. So tank the boss in between Quackers and the middle platform. Players that get Polymorph Bomb need to quickly dash to eat the pollen and run back next to Sergeant Quackers, to polymorph all the other players. Other players need to make sure they’re stacked next to Quackers before the polymorphed players arrive. Once everyone is changed to ducks, Sergeant Quackers will jump in and join the fight. continue the fight and defeat all 3 bosses, and you get the achievement, and you also get Sergeant Quackers as a pet in your mailbox.

We struggled and the key was to not have our druids in form!

For those of you who are struggling to bring the duck down, make sure the druids in your raid are not in shape shift form. In our attempts, that was the issue, and I assume that is the issue for most raids.

This achievement is best done with a smaller group if you're having trouble. It's also stupidly vague and/or buggy

All we did to get this was have the entire raid stack under Sgt Quackers and wait for the polymorph bombs to turn us all into ducks. There was no /salute needed. He may need to be clicked but no one in the group said they did that and he never appeared interactable to me. You do not have to have anyone run out and grab the green pools, the bombs will explode on their own.

You do want to be sure that your druids aren't shapeshifted so they are not immune to the polymorph. Our bear tank was the only exception there. They remained in bear form and stacked with us just to get the enrage stacks off of Urctos.

As you come into the room, on the left side, you can see Sergeant Quackers.

Have everyone stand next to him while Pip puts out Polymorph Bomb. Once the bomb expires and everyone is ducked, have people clicking Sergeant Quackers or saluting him (?).

You can send some out to eat flowers like normal if healing is an issue.

He'll either join the fight right then, or you should wipe and try again. Defeat the council and win.

I was the bear tank. We put everyone under duck except for DK tank, I went human form while waiting.
When Urctos did charge, I swapped back to bear and taunted and everyone else got back under duck.
Between clicking and spamming salute macros seemed to work.

My Guild just did this achievement. We had everyone stack underneath Sgt. Quackers and we created macros to salute him. Once most of the raid was polymorphed and we spammed the salute macro, he came down. This seemed to be the only way we could get him to come down.

The 3 bombs spread out trick worked for me. We spent like 40 mins failing to get him to engage.

You do not need to salute. All the needs to be done is everyone needs to be ducked at the same time near sgt.quackers.
