As a primary pet these are mainly to be found around the Temple of the red crane between all these sha-possessed Cranes and tigers.
Nevertheless they appear as secondary pets basically everywhere in the map

My advice for hunting rare quality pets in Krasarang: go to the Forbidde Jungle (most western part of the zone) and fight spiders there. Tons of them, respaw with the speed of light, can bring with them any other pet (except of the Sumprush Rodent and Jungle Grub)

This pet is very seldom found as a primary pet, so if you're farming a rare-quality one, the best strategy is to engage and kill other pets in the area to look for it as a secondary.

IMO the best place to farm a rare is the Ruins of Dojan in Krasang Wilds around (54, 33). The Jungle Grubs there have a high respawn rate and frequently have a Mei Li secondary - eventually you will hit upon a rare one (mine took about an hour).
