While speaking to Anduin Wrynn at Crane Wing Refuge to turn in the quest "The Murksweats", I found his text had a typo / grammatical error. He says,

"If you've come to return to me to my father, I must ask that you look around us first".

There is an extra "to" in there. It should read, "If you've come to return me to my father, I must ask that you look around us first".
Bug report submitted in game. Can't believe it's gone all this time without being noticed / corrected.

In a short dialog, Anduin explains how he came to be at Crane Wing Refuge.

If you've come to return to me to my father, I must ask that you look around us first - can we truly walk away from these people in their time of need and still claim to represent the Alliance?

How did you end up here?

When the SI:7 found me, they wanted to take me home. I ran away.

It wasn't long before the Horde found me.

During the battle at Serpent's Heart, I managed to slip away in the chaos. A merchant allowed me to ride with his family as they fled west, to Zhu's Watch.

It was there that I met Mei Barrelbottom.

She told me of the Crane Wing order, and on her advice I accompanied a courier to the temple to seek an audience with Chi-Ji, the Red Crane.

I was studying with the disciples there when the sha arrived.

Why didn't you return to Stormwind with the SI:7?

I could not bear to sit in Stormwind Keep while my people's blood spills here!

Pandaria has so much to teach us. There is great power here. Power that could save thousands of lives.

And I aim to find it.

Looking at Anduin Wrynn here, it's quite clear they haven't updated or even touched his model since MoP. And as mentioned by Tepetkhet in a comment on this page, there's even a typo in his monologue when you talk to him -- a typo which, as of 2022, still hasn't been fixed.

And yet...
...they've made several other changes since then.

In the only screenshot currently available on / uploaded to this page, Anduin Wrynn is shown kneeling in front of and repeatedly stabbing the s*** out of two Murkscale Striker:
- a grey / black one
and
-one that looks like a can of Sprite.
(Yellowish-green / dark green)

But in the current game, both the dead Murkscale Striker are the grey / black coloration.
They're also lifted off / floating above the ground by a few feet -- they're eye-level with the kneeling Anduin Wrynn... The screenshot I mentioned above doesn't seem to show them hovering off the ground like they are now.

It also looks like they've moved a couple things / NPCs around as well:

- trying to take a comparison screenshot at the same angle as the original screenshot for this page is impossible because something --Anduin Wrynn and the Murkscale Strikers, I think-- has been shifted slightly. It's also possible that instead of being shifted, the issue might be because the Murkscale Strikers are floating above the ground now (when they weren't before), but I can't be sure.

- (at least) two NPCs have had their positions switched: in the original screenshot, in the background the NPC sitting on the ground with their back against a stack of two large, white sacks of what I presume to be rice, with their hands in their lap, is a male Crane Wing Disciple, and the NPC standing in front of the face-down sleeping NPC, closer to the foreground and Anduin Wrynn, is a female Crane Wing Disciple; however, in the current game, these two NPCs have been switched, so the female Crane Wing Disciple is sitting in the background, and the male Crane Wing Disciple is standing near the foreground and The Prince Who Vehemently Hates Snakes.
(And none of these NPCs walk around or otherwise move from where they are standing / sitting / kneeling / lying... so they truly were intentionally switched, for whatever reason.)

So they've definitely gone back and made a few changes...
...but they seem like totally unnecessary changes compared to a typo and a model update for one of the most important NPCs in the game!
I don't know how to code and I certainly don't know what goes into making and maintaining a video game...
...but I would think that a typo would be one of the much easier issues to remedy...
...much easier than, say, swapping the positions of two non-identical NPCs, perhaps?

Actually, I also just noticed that even though the Murkscale Strikers are dead, their eyes are still glowing green.
They aren't just a "bright" or "neon" green, they're definitely actually literally glowing.
That has nothing to do with anything mentioned above -- I just noticed it and thought "Wait... how would that even happen? What biological / anatomical processes would allow for that optical behavior after death?"

Edit: Nope! Apparently the color of Murkscale Striker being repeatedly stabbed by Anduin Wrynn and the gender of (at least) the two Crane Wing Disciples (the one sitting in front of big rice bags and the one standing in front of a sleeping Crane Wing Disciple, and much nearer to Anduin Wrynn) is randomly decided upon login. So, though they never move (the NPCs and certainly not the dead snakes), they are swapped / generated randomly after you log out and back in!
I had a small suspicion that WoW did that, as I thought I'd noticed gender-swapped NPCs from time to time (the Nightborne in the Portal Room of Orgrimmar, reading a book I believe I've seen as either gender), but I was never sure until now. Interesting they do it with the monster / hostile NPCs as well.
