It's probably me, but that red scarf and the name gives an uncanny resemblance to CloudStrife's KH costume.

Edit: Well, Just realized it's an overly used model. But still, the name plus the look is awesome.

Nothing to this fight. just a tank and spank. group up during phase 2 to make healing easier. switch to the cloud serpent.

Phase one:

Tank should move from Static Field
All should stay spread out. Invoke Lightning

Phase two: The boss becomes immune and his dragon becomes attackable.

Tank should of course tank the dragon
When all receive the Magnetic Shroud, all players should stack, for example on top of tank.
The idea is that when one bubble burst, it heals all others, creating an chainreaction of healing.

Phase three: After the dragon is killed, Gu Cloudstrike rejoins the battle

Boss now does AoE naturual damage to all party members. The frequency of damage increases as he loses health, so a nuke ending might help the healer.

Challenge Mode:

Phase 1:

Avoid Invoke Lightning at all costs. It will close to one-shot everyone except the tank. Stay spread out and be ready to move. You get a little ball of lightning on the ground where it's going to hit as a warning and then you have 2-3 seconds to move. it has quite a long range so better be safe than sorry
Also keep clear of the Static Field that's left in its wake.

Phase 2:

Tank the SerpentAzure Serpent facing right and have the rest of the party at the left side to avoid Lightning Breath, as it does ~90K every 2 second to everyone in a 45 degree cone. Self and AoE heals is king here to get rid of Magnetic Shroud and keeping the party topped.

Phase 3:

Spread out to minimise the chain lightning damage and nuke. The damage he does with his aoe increase wildly as he gets lower hp, so pop survivability cooldowns.

Wondering if any other hunters have experienced this problem...
My pet is macro'd to my shots, and set on passive. Zero chance of him randomly targeting something I don't want him to.
When the azure serpent is summoned, and I switch to him, my pet stays on Cloudstrike for half the serpent fight. I've watched other pets do the same, but no idea how they were skilled.
Once the Serpent dies and you switch back to Cloudstrike, my pet is nowhere to be found, yet can be (has to be) dismissed and resummoned to reappear. Very aggravating.

Be careful not to nuke him too fast - as gear improves and players become more used to the encounter, it is possible to get him to 0% before he summons the serpent. If this happens, the door to the next area can be bugged when he dies and it won't open, meaning that you have to leave the instance group and deal with the Dungeon Deserter debuff if it's an LFG one.
