IMHO from what i read/seen it looks like if some evil twisted person Morphed Runescape with WoW...**Cringe**
I also own a Wii. Is that made just for kids too? :)I have a Wii made just for kids...-Pedobear
release your inner child... or have a mental breakdown in your 30's/40's... Come on guys its not like we all dont sit down every now and then and read a old childrens story or watch a disney movie. Seperating yourself from the younger age leads to guess what? Old age!(bitterness) If your son or younger brother asked you to play would you tell em "That game sucks, here play a man's game, WoW." Just seems a bit hypcritical for the ones downing it without trying it first. On the charging for content as you play: seems like better than throwing down 30-50$ per game +30-50$ per expansion + 15$ monthly fee only to relise 10days later you dont want to play WoW anymore....It is like that so parents wont have to spend so much $ up front in case the kids dont like it.
"Premium content and membership available for purchase" Set sail for fail... I like the squirrel tough.
Looks like flyff. Played that for a coumple months before starting to play WoW. There are no instances, no raids, items are not soulbound, no auctionhouse, no quests, and "kawaii" anime-like graphics.
Seems very fun and relaxed. It also seems to have classes (Jobs) that are based on professions such as the blacksmith. I think I might give this one a go.Lot's of chatter about the game and younger audience. Heh, well in my opinion, at least it wont be too difficult. :P And yeah, like gaming and have kids, this seems a good way to share the hobby.
I've been seeing ads for it around the site, and now I have to check it out. xD It looks interesting, I'll try it.
I Was disappointed quite a bit to see that you need to pay to experience most of the content.. It seems to me that if a company advertises that a game is free, its content should BE Free...Yes, MANY online games or MMO's do things like this. It's an easy scam to pull off.
id rather play arua rose :/
Looks like an screenshot of Maraudon with some crappy look-i'm-cool-because-i-laugh fakerogue and hunter. Not my cup of tea. I thought you said it's 'NOT just trying to do the WoW thing in a different way'?I'm getting to old for this i'm affraid, I feel like you target for 10-15 year old..
But.....where's the murlocs?WHERE ARE THEY!*goes in a corner and cry*I Was disappointed quite a bit to see that you need to pay to experience most of the content.. It seems to me that if a company advertises that a game is free, its content should BE Free...Yes, MANY online games or MMO's do things like this. It's an easy scam to pull off. That is why I only play Pay-2-Play games. Cause in fact the free part is the beginning which brings you 5 to 10 hours of fun time then they basically call you and say "Now that I hooked you up with that great game if you want to advance any further pay 1 dollar for this 2 for that and maybe 10 for that very special thing."You end up paying more for a free game that your WoW monthly subscription.I was victim of that kind of trick back in the days.
I want a squirrel/fox with a blue mohawk.I would call it a mohawked Fwirrel.(not entirely random its just the only thing i actually liked the look of with this MMO)
yay now the little children on wow will play this instead of failing on frogger
I looked and saw a very fairy tail looking game... not my cup of tea but who knows it might get all these kids off of wow YAY.2qugv
Guys help me its crazy when i try create Account it will take me to page with any download and when i download it and instal it dont push me to next page.
I'm just curious do you have kind of some stake in this game? Maybe mention it on the "Randomness" board, but to link it on the home screen seems a bit much.

Sometimes you need something like this to play when you've been raiding 4 hours a day for the past week x_x
As a Former RuneScape player of 6 years, It got a lil old and felt more and more like a kids game since i am 19 now.Now I'm in with the "Big kids" but yet somehow the other younger kids find their way into the World of Warcraft. Now i dont have a problem with kids, but when you have one tring to act all cool and such because they are 10 or w/e, it get kinda annoying. At least this game could be a 2nd half of RuneScape for them, keeping the best for last when they are more mature about everything.... I mean 8 years old is a lil much for me to see them playing WoW.
I think you guys are being elitists.I've played WoW for over 4 years and I rarely enjoy a game intended for kids.I played Free Realms for 6 hours straight. It may look cartoony, but the game is fun not for its gore nor violence, but once for its gameplay, availability and options to expand. Give it a try, it's a revolutionary game, and don't listen to these morons.(and the lot of you claiming it'll hopefully get rid of the "kids", I really hope it gets rid of you. Talk about selfishness, you display the real immaturity.)
I'm just curious do you have kind of some stake in this game? Maybe mention it on the "Randomness" board, but to link it on the home screen seems a bit much.We DO have a stake in the game—but only that the ZAM team has put a lot of work into the Free Realms site, gambling on the fact that the game will be a success. If it's not, we've wasted a lot of our time. :P
