I agree with Arthas being a pansy. At first I thought he was a hardcore villain, but what they've done to him in wrath is really neuter his character. I don't see how he can be the big bad guy on WOTLK if he's getting his ass handed to him left and right, and all his work is being undone.
Very interesting, great read.
Night Elf, ofc Elune. <3I could actually imagine Elune to be really hawt too...Sure. And I play a nelf too, so duh. Her if anything.
my rogue is athiestmy priest is..... a follower of the light i guess, but hes really just in it for the cookies.
Benemus is technically still part of the Church of the Holy Light (like you said, a paladin who's ever healed himself can't deny the Light exists), but he's definitely more in line with the Heretics (like the Argent Dawn/Crusade). Besides supporting the unity of Alliance and Horde, he saw too many questionable or downright evil acts from the Church when he was young to maintain a 'traditional' view of the Light.
My tauren druid is a satanistmy night elf is a scientologist, because both NEs and scientology are majorly screwed up.
light of dawn?below lights hope chapelmaybe the source of the power for the church
My BE is either Fel or Arcanum(yes Fel is a religion and Arcanum is the religion of Arcane)Most likely Fel because Fel is the more power-thirsty version of Arcanum
Or, if we kill the Old Gods, we don't exactely kill them, just "send them back to the abyss", you know, like killing the phisical form. But the Titans wanted to kill the soul of them (which is now chained once again under Azeroth, for C'Thun and Yogg-Saron), so we don't blow up the planet. ;)Nope. We really did blow up Azeroth.Expect bits to start falling off, just like Outland.
After reading this blog I may give some more thought to religious preference of my characters. My troll rogue was the only toon I ever gave any religious backstory to. Whenever any need of a higher power comes to her she thinks, and prays briefly, to the primal god Shirvallah.
Elune for sure.As a night elf and druid moonglade and darnassus is my spiritual selter ;p
As another said, I believe that Elune is the Earthmother. My night elf is a follower of Elune. The Loa religion is very interesting, though.
All my toons worship the single most powerful aspect in the known universe.. Destruction. It is the single, Truely unstoppable force in the universe. Every being that has ever lived has embraced it in one form or another whether they admit it or not.No light can overpower it. No life can overcome it. No part of nature is immune to it. Not even death itself can stop it. ^,,.,,^
Makes me think if and only if do gnomes have a religion? Like maybe " Order of the <insert big word here> Artifact" That would be hilarious. Also I was wondering if shamans worshiping spirits and all have anything related to do with the blog. Since the elemental spirits did lead Prophet Velen to salvation and thereby spreading the religion from hordish origin to the Alliance Draenei.Actually I just love my shaman enough to want to hear some exaltation for the class itself =D
what i dont know is when the twilight hammer clan went to worshiping the old gods thats what i want to know
This is awesome I enjoy reading about lore. I give you a A++++ for a great topic.
Airmaid is a firm follower of the Light .... well actually more for Hope. Because no matter how much pain and suffering occur, the hardships, the death and destruction... there is always Hope.Plus she looks badass Holy Firing Scourge!
My Gnome Follows Har'akoa. But then she thinks she is a kitty so what better diety can she follow.
well, gnomes are athiest, but imma be unique and sayWORSHIPER OF THE OLD GODShonestly it was hard for me to kill c'thun (well, not kill)
