I found a Fragment in RFC, crafty Troggs
it like a priests divine aegis. differences being priests have to get a critical heal for the shield to proc, but it happens every critical heal, no matter what.the mace seems to have a chance (10% apparently) to apply a buff where any heal adds a shield. not too bad. in the hands of a disc priest this would be amazing. Shields all around!
Hunter weapon.Just kidding. But really, this seems very nice. It looks geared more towards Priests and Paladins, but I'm sure Druids and Shamans won't be left out of the loop when thing gets seen.Have there been any confirmed shard drops yet? Or are they more common than one would think?
I also think these fragments drop on Normal Ulduar, but in hard mode. One of our guild ten mans downed Flame Leviathan with one tower up and I'm pretty sure one fragment dropped for them (luckily the healer that was designated to get all the fragments was there, so now she's up to 3-4 of them)
http://wowraid.com/tracker/b7/t16903512910/valanyr-hammer-of-the-ancient-kings.htmlBornakk just posted an answer to many questions including internal CD, shield duration and more:"The way this works is that when the proc happens (which is a 10% chance whenever a hot or direct spell heals, with a 45 sec internal cooldown) you gain a buff (the Blessing) on yourself. Now all of your heals for the next 15 sec cause an 8 sec damage shield. The shield stacks with itself. It includes healing done by subsequent ticks of existing hots on the target. Note that the spell has to actually heal, so hots ticking on a fully-healed target cannot cause the proc. However the shield is based on the size of the heal itself, not the amount healed – i.e. 100% overhealing will not proc the Blessing on the healer, but the shield itself includes overhealing once the Blessing is active. The shield can grow to a maximum size of 20,000 damage absorbed."
