HS cd lowered is only half as good as people think... sure it's 30 minutes lower, but they are removing the so called "ghetto hearth", which basically was to be in a group enter any instance and leaving a group to receive a hearth.I prefer that over 30 min HS.
As someone stated before, this is one of the things that may release instance server stress a bit. Negative removal from instance: If someone in a group goes afk, and/or gets kicked, he won't be back in the comfort of his own town. He'll be at the nearest graveyard, and thus will still be forced to travel or use his HS, giving it is up at the time.Positive removal from instance: If you have to go afk, and you give your instance buddies the option to find a replacement, but come back before they have one, and the group is still up, you won't have to travel far to get to the instance again. Same with if you leave a crappy group, you can still be near the instance and use lfg to quickly get a group (and potential summons) going.Mages will deffo sell MORE portals, seeing org and sw were popular for sanctuary/capital with ah -hopping, due to both capitals having an instance. HS's will be on CD more often for those who are banking around.Shamans can probably port to their home town more often than mages can innervate now, and paladins can now bubble heart 2 times as often, given there isn't a smart priest or destro lock within range. All by all, I think this is an ok change, to wich people will be adjusted within a week.
It's a step in the right direction but they still need to make some way to port from Org and IF directly to Dalaran instead of having to travel to fjord or tundra and then fly. And they should add an auction hosue to Dal. Then you wouldn't need to keep running to Org. The reason you needed ghetto hearth was cus you'd hearth to Dal to go to Org and have no way to get back.
It's about time.
