Ghetto Hearth is a common term on my server, your mileage may vary...Why are so many people freaking about the terminology?
Ghetto Hearth is a common term on my server too. I wonder if the difference in terminology is an EU vs US thing maybe?*edited for clarity
Some people have asked why this is called "ghetto hearthing". The ghetto means "the hood", or the part of town that is run down and has low income. So when you do something "ghetto", it means how someone with low income would find a way to get it done when they don't have traditional means (stealing cable or internet, for example).
woohoo! now I can effectively teleport to orgrimmar 13 times an hour, instead of 12!makes me a happy shaman
Im a greedy mage, This is gonna be terrible for us, about 5% of my gold came from Ports. Now that the cooldown is nerfd, nobody will need ports anymore. I want a 2hr cooldown on Hearthstones, I think Blizzard hates mages
For all the Mage QQ, what makes mages think that their choice of class should affect their money making? Can any other class extort money off of other players just for rolling? Seems unfair to me, but maybe that's just because I don't make any money based on my class.
um more than 11 shammies inscription scroll of recall :D
SKIDDLY-DOOOO this OWNS btw i dont actually say skiddly-doo.... i got it from dane cook =)
I am happy with this change. It is about damn time!
Does nobody else feel like an !@#$%^& for the community being THAT greedy that they changed one of the, however small, most basic things in the world of Warcraft? The hearth has ALWAYS been 60 minutes. We cried about ghetto-hearthing, and now this. You can even taste the disdain in GC's post. It is palatable.
