I have to say, being an actor myself, I still find a lot of people that seem to have a skewed view on what's really a big deal... or worse, I run into those who try to make an issue of it. Either it's unbelievable that I'm playing and holding conversations like a real person, or I'm being lectured about how as an actor I should have something better to do than play Warcraft. There's very few people that find the in-between. Those that realize I'm just another person that happens to step in front of a camera from time to time. Those are the ones I keep close, though. My friends. The reason I even mention that, is this video is bringing out those two extremes again, and it's a little silly. It does try to break some stereotypes, but it does it with the OMGHAWTPRONGIRL instead of just a decent looking girl. It kind of cheapens the effect when you're fishing with dynamite. *shrugs*Either way, I think the interview itself was nicely done, tasteful, and I enjoyed watching it. The premise... eh.
Stereotypes are there because they are based on truth. All groups have outliers that don't follow the trend. If you take the average wow gamer I'm sure you will find a normal person who enjoys videogames. There will be a few really attractive girls who play, but there will also be the bottom of the barrel wierdos who play. They cancel each other out and the average player is normal.
Mia Rose is boring :(
