well the most epic loot that i dropped would be http://www.wowhead.com/?item=38584\\it sure is a keeper :)
The most epic drop I've ever gotten was when i was leveling up my druid out in the eastern plaguelands. I killed some ooze for a quest and it dropped a oozing bag. And to my surprise inside was one of the coolest and rarest pets in the game....the disgusting oozling. Coolest loot ever xP.
Back when I was a new player, my friend (who's fault it was that I was playing WoW) offered to run me through SFK to help me get some better gear (we were looking for Meteor Shard, as I recall). On our first run I had not one but two blue BoE drops (an axe and a ranger bow), which was more blue items than I had ever seen at that point. I know they weren't much, but they gave me a very nice start as far as income goes, helping me to afford all the gear upgrades I couldn't get to drop for me ;)
The most epic loot I've ever gotten was the Raven Lord mount. My buddy had just gotten his druid to 70, and as we agreed I got some guildies together to run through the instance with him. Jokingly, beforehand I told him that if the mount dropped he had to pass, lo and behold when we downed the boss there it was. Won the roll with a sweet 100 against my guild mates!
The night I rolled an 100 on Fiery Warhorse's Reins. I hardly played all that much after I had my baby (back in January) and on St. Patrick's Day, I signed up for an earlier Kara but the raid leader didn't show up until later. I was asked to go with another group because they were needing a healer because their usual healer was out celebrating and what not.. That will teach him to go out and celebrate. Muaha >:) Every time I would do Huntsmen, I would always say either, "I'm having a baby" or "I just had a baby." maybe I would sucker them into giving it to me. I had said it for a long time as a joke because I never thought anyone would ever give it to me if it EVER dropped. I knew that it would be a good run because we had a unique purple drop from the first mob! and then it dropped! OMFG, I couldn't believe it! One guy rolled a 97 I was like, "Aww dang.. There is no way that I could ever beat that." BAM 100! I couldn't believe it! As you can see in Raid chat, I was called a bitch and also in /gchat, I was told to die.. People are so funny!I seriously thought I was going to hyperventilate. I was so excited! You could just imagine. I was so excited and screaming for joy on Vent.. it wasn't until later no could actually hear me.. I guess my headset was broken. I know that the luck of the Irish was on my side that night.I am a busy mom of an 11 month old but I play as much as I can. Thank you for reading! <3
So my epic loot story is a short one.t6 content, right? it was a big deal for my guild, new stuff. we use dkp, and I had a friendly rivalry with one of the guild locks. So we get down Rage Winterchill, guild first /cheer, and the caster bracers drop. One may see where this is going. I bid all of my dkp, and still lose out by several to the lock. He got his t6 lewt before I did, and that made me sad. However! The next weeks held BT attempts, and on the guild first Naj'entus /cheer, The Maelstrom's Fury http://www.wowhead.com/?item=32237 drops. I bid again, and win out by 5 dkp over the next highest bidder, who was even more over the lock. It's a weapon I'm still using now, even in Northrend. THAT was my epic loot drop. :>...yes copypasta from yesterday I'm sorry :(
well most epic drop will be the trinket from AN hc, (when i finally get it) its the onlything i need to start tanking raids, so far 9 AN HC runs and no drops, when it does imma be a happy kid, together with my fresh bear mount, hint hint :p
My most epic loot drop would have to be when Ashes of Al'ar happened to drop the monday before patch day for BT. This would be the last day my guild would run through and I was praying for it to drop even though everyone had said in my guild it would never drop, and made fun of me for having hope it would drop. One instance clear later, I walked over to loot and there was something with an interesting looking icon in the menu. Upon further inspection, it was indeed the ashes. I felt my heart skip a beat as I typed /roll slowly and prayed to someone, anyone, that I would roll high on it and finally get the mount.I closed my eyes...waited...And I rolled a 36.I was devastated, and I felt my heart sink back into my chest. After everyone had rolled, My leader (I love you Dank) proclaimed that It was unfair to really take it from me since I had been ranting and raving to get the mount ever since the loot had actually been confirmed as a drop. He master looted the ashes to me and my guild vent was in an uproar about how it was unfair. I didn't care. I had gotten what I had always wanted to get, And to this day I fly everywhere on my ashes.
Nemesis Skullcap- i love the graphic!
My most epic loot was when I was farming primal manas in Netherstorm. I had just gotten my last mote and started to teleport when I aggroed another mob. It wasn't a hard kill and I didn't think anything of it. When I looted it I got The Night Blade (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=31331)! I may not have used it myself but my rogue friend was thrilled to get it!
The most epic loot... Hmmm... Well that's easy. Remember when MC was the pwnage? Like I mean, you saw someone and you're like damn, that guy runs MC daily, nightly, and ever so rightly~ Well, I was a little behind that, but until I could get in I worked up my tailoring, for days to get my Robe of the Void. I mean, I probably ran newbs for 2 days straight through instances so I could get all my cloth. Then I finally got all the mats, by that time my guild was progressing through MC. So one day before MC, we were doing a Pre-MC run through BRD. Well on that BRD run, I got my final Essence of Fire for my robe. So afterwards I make it, and get into MC. Well in that MC run, I ended up getting my Felheart Robe, and never used my Robe of the Void again. So all that tireless effort, raising a profession for a single item, and I get maybe 4-5 hours use out of it. Still have it in my bank tho :P
Most epic loot you ask? After a week of non-stop farming I finally looted a off of Rick Astley.
my epic item would have to be my Titansteel Destroyer.
I think the most epic drop was the benediction, eye of divinity that i waited for over 3 months where only the hunters leaf would drop. I was so wrapped and it finaly droped even thought i had full tier1 at this stage.I got it enchanted with +spell power, fortunatly they change spell power to effect healing as well not long after that so my guild didnt mind it didnt have +55 healing.
Best would have to be buying Nightblade in the AH for only 4g! he either didnt care or was a complete dumb assbut apart from that spending at least a couple of hours a day trying to get old crafty in org then finally getting him...and a the next day first cast doing the fishing daily i got him again.
At 60 when my guild did ZG for the first time... Zulian Stone Axe dropped and I won it.It was my first piece of raid loot ever, and it was amazing! =D
My friend and I were making twinks, and he must have run me through Wailing Caverns at least 50 times before Lady Anadondra dropped the belt that I needed. It was one of the best moments I've ever experienced in WoW.
The most EPIC loot I've gotten was in early Burning Crusade raiding. Some background info: I just started playing wow about a month or two before Burning crusade released and never stepped into a raid until this happened.I had just entered the guild at that point in time where they were doing their first Karazhan raid. I was sorely disappointed that I wasn't able to go so I just listened in on vent while ganking outside Karazhan wishing I could join them. (fortunately) One of the raid members told the group that he was apparently "too drunk" to raid any further so he forfeited from the raid leaving one golden ticket to someone in the guild. Seeing as I was right outside and prepared to go, they invited me!We finished Moroes and Maiden, and we finally got to Opera. We happened to get the wizard of oz event. After a few wipes we finally killed the ol' crone and lo and behold, LEGACY dropped!I was the only Hunter in the raid group, there were no shamans, and it was obvious it was going straight to me! As the raid discussed whether to give it to me or not, seeing as I was a trial member and JUST joined. Everyone agreed to give it to me. I was extremely excited! My first ever epic in World of Warcraft! That was the most EPIC item I've ever gotten, and I still have it :]!
Well my first actual purple item was from PvP, The Merciless Hood for priests. Pretty epic at the time :]But for an actual item i won, i was pretty proud when i won Robes of the Aurguer! I danced around my house i was so happy!
The most epic piece of loot I'd ever gotten was my Blizzcon Mount. I stayed up for three days straight trying to buy Blizzcon tickets till I finally got them thanks to my friend, after I had finally passed out on the fourth day. It was the happiest day I can think of in recent memory. I had fun at Blizzcon with my brother, Mom and my Friend. It was the best weekend ever.
