it would probly be the first time i did VC and i ninja'd the buzz blade.. on my warlock.. IT WAS BLUE!
the doom's edge from BWL. That !@#$ is awesome!
Well, I've been a Kodo jockey for a looooong time with my Tauren warrior, and I have just come to hate the mount. I've been looking for a replacement for a long time, but Tauren are severely limited for mounts. I was trying to find a way to get a new mount, but I never had any luck. Then Blizzard announced the new Halloween drops.I ran Scarlet Monastery ALOT. I ran more than once a day, every day, for the entire length of the event.I saw 9 Sinister SquashlingsI saw 12 Hallowed HelmsI saw 15 Horseman's HelmsI saw 7 Horseman's BladesI lost count on the rings. The VERY last day of the event, my very last chance with the daily, and What drops? That's right: The Horseman's Reins.:D
During the Hallow's End event this year, I became kinda obsessed with getting the Horseman's Helm. I went every day trying to get the helmet with sometimes more than one group of people a day. One day it finally dropped but there happened to be a dps warrior in the group so I let him have it since he needed it more than I did being a tank. I kinda hated myself but I couldnt bring myself to take it from him. Every day I kept trying to get the helmet but it never dropped again until the very last try on the last day of the event. I went nuts.. I was like OMFG OMFG OMFG etc.etc. I was like can I PLEASE have it? And of course, being guildies and knowing how much I'd been wanting it they let me have it. I was so happy that I gave 200g to the people in the party and then deposited 444g in the guild vault. I know its not that great a helmet, especially for a tank but I just love the laugh.. Not to mention it looks pretty funny. I still keep it in my bank and every now and then when I'm bored of playing I go put it on and laugh with it.
my titansteel guardian... now if only i was 80
My most epic drop would have to be my http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37828. After days upon days of runs to BRD to kill http://www.wowhead.com/?npc=23872, and after carrying every piece of equipment that he dropped so I wouldn't have to select pass on them, Coren decided he was going to let my group have what we were all endlessly killing him for. I was lucky enough to roll the highest in the group, and the kodo is now the only land mount my drunk dwarf rides around.
In the cold mountain lakes of Terokkar lies an elusive...crawdad.Mr. Pinchy. My Blood Elf companion-hoarding priest, Croissants, obviously needed this crustacean pet. And being a fishing enthusiast, I figured I'd prepare myself to fish for many, many hours, seeing this task as simply a test of patience. I fished for what seemed a good number of days, very casually, until I was visited by a Gnome Warrior. After trying to convey for several minutes, through emotes, questioning what he was there for, he emoted a hearty hello and a nasty good-bye.There were only so many nodes to fish for Mr. Pinchy before respawn, and my patience was wearing thin. Back and forth, we took turns running and spirit rezzing and neither of us were seeing any results. I would mind control him off the cliffs and he would make sure I had every one of my casts interrupted. It seemed we were at the lakes at the same time. Every day.It was one Sunday right before the fishing extravaganza, that I decided to give it one last shot before I went insane. I sped around the lakes, trying to spot Highland mixed pools, but there were none. I headed back to the lake by Stonebreaker Hold and I spot the bane of my WoW existence fishing out of the only node in the pool. I drop down, fear, and dot the crap out of him, and he dies right next to the fishing pool. He doesn't rez, so I figure he's calling on a friend, as I'm sure he's had enough of this as well. I intended to finish his pool, so I cast my line and pull up a crawdad. The pool dissapears. Plus one more crawdad to the 621 that I rammed into the guild bank. I get ready to mount up and then suddenly I see another pool spawn. The warrior leaves his body, and I'm sure he's thinking what I'm thinking. So I cast my lines as quick as I could and after 2-3 catches of crawdads, mouth agape, the Bind on pickup window pops up with a Blue Mr. Pinchy icon. I clicked yes on that bad boy so fast I missed a couple of times. I frantically opened my bags and clicked him and he actually gave me the dumb crab on the first wish. I almost peed.I, of course, had to wait for my warrior friend to arrive and see this turn of events. After a quick rude gesture, /bye and magical crawdad /hug, I flew off to do more important things. Like running around Org with my spoils!THANKS POGULLE <3 crawdadpwned
When I finally got my Netherdrake!
my second most epic moment i had was randomly getting a Kang the Decapitator from BRD one day when I was farming with my shammy. I was pretty happy on that day.
Most epic piece I've had drop was Dragon's Call http://www.wowhead.com/?item=10847 from sunken Temple. It was our first attempt while we were leveling, I held onto that piece until I was 70 for a while. Just for s&g.
Being an Arcane Mage...the most epic thing ever is being allowed to critically hit for 4k with your instant cast that has a 3 second cooldown. ^^
Most epic loot I ever got was Sunfury Bow from Karazhan, On my paladin tank. My best friend who is a hunter wanted that bow so bad, and the only time it dropped is the time he wasnt there to get it. So we all rolled since no one wanted it for gear, and i won it :D.I even enchanted it too so when i link it to him I can know he's crying in real life.
Most epic loot ever? So whats more epic than http://www.wowhead.com/?item=3716damn I hate these bastards......
yadda yadda DST yadda yadda
Just a few days ago i'd have to say I got the most epic loot, I have been grinding heroic instances looking for as much leather melee gear with hit as possible to reach the rogue's insane cap, and after a few days of zilch i finally won something worth while http://www.wowhead.com/?item=37644. needless to say It made my night.
Must say i felt Horribaly epic today when i got my Drake mounted Crossbow from H UKi was SOooooooo Happy!
Sayge's Fortune #21"Divine Shield and Hearthstones do not make a hero heroic."
My most epic kill was my first ever. I play a rogue and I was level 24 in Thousand needles, specced for sub. I came across a lock, with red letters over him. It was my first time in a contested territory so i was stoked. I had a really bad dagger but I went for it anyways, opening with an ambush and closing with a backstab. All i saw after that was "honorable kill" and the dead lock, and i went WILD.
The day I got my Quel'Serrar on my Warrior, two other guildmates who had farmed Dire Maul with me for the longest time came with me to get their well deserved sword. We plunged it into the ground in front of the deep breath and hoped for the best, and our gamble paid off. At the time, having a Quel'Serrar was no easy feat, and we three were very proud and felt like the luckiest three people in the game.I made a little comic about it just for you, Wowhead!http://i258.photobucket.com/albums/hh276/terrorstride/tehbestlewtday.jpg
