A very handy one I picked up for my lock from Wowwiki, with a small addition.
I believe he means it destroys a soul shard so that when one casts Drain Soul it creates a new one. The effect is that one never has more than x amount of Soul Shards (in this case, 28) & doesn't fill up normal bag space, etc.
I'm still having a problem with the mount macro. So, I followed the first post and copied the macro. Changed mounts names to those I have and ... basically nothing is working. I'm rolling a druid and guessing that I need some kind of different macro for a druid.I can't mount on my ground mount by right - clicking, but it properly chooses a ground mount in the old world (right - clicking still isn't working). I want the rclick to start working...I'm going to check this macro out, looks very sweet for my druid.
Nothing fancy, but it saves space.Rogues only.#show X/castsequence reset=target Pick Pocket, X/cast XWhere X is the opener. Will Pick Pocket, then open. Seems to be the most efficient, sice Blizz nerfed Pick Pocket-Opener in one go.
My favourite :) Lovely thread by the way!"The Ultimate assist macro" ( first link if googled)This is a set of two macros which will set your Assist to any targetted player, and announce your assist in Raid, Party or Say.The first macro MUST be the first Macro in your macro window. Pick the Icon and name the macro "Assist". The text or code of the macro should be left completely blank. Now, make the second macro, and call it "SetAssist". Pick an icon, and paste the following for the macro code:/script smsg="My assist is set to %t!"; if (GetNumRaidMembers() > 0) then SendChatMessage(smsg,"RAID") elseif (GetNumPartyMembers() > 0) then SendChatMessage(smsg,"PARTY") end/script EditMacro(1, "Assist", nil, "/assist "..UnitName("target"), 1)Now in game, target a player, and click the "SetAssist" macro. You will say ingame who your assist is, and your "Assist" macro may now be used to assist the player you had set your assist to.
Here is pretty nice macro for rogues:/equipslot 16 Your dagger/cast backstab/stopattack/equipslot 16 Your other weapon/attackIt Equips you your dagger if you haven't got it, backstabs, stops attacking to change to other weapon and continues damaging =)Btw, you can copy-paste this all to your own account outside from game:Xp: C:/program files/world of warcraft/wtf/account/<You account name>/macros-cache <-- not sure about xp so much, but it goes something like that...Vista: C:\\Users\\Public\\Games\\World of Warcraft\\WTF\\Account\\<Account Name>\\Macros-CacheOne more thing ^^It is good idea to write some random macros ingame, so you know how to code them outside game, like eg:MACRO 1 "Alliance!" Ability_Creature_Poison_01Jingle bells, Tauren smells, Undead have no lives. Trolls are n00bs and Orc's have b00bs and Blood elfs are just gay, hey!ENDMACRO 2 "lol" Ability_Creature_Poison_05/laughENDIf you know what I mean =)I hope this helped (even abit)
who made that song?also, on topic:/em devours an entire mango. whole.
Thought of this before, would be awsum to have as a macro. For mages when they get ambushed/cheap shoted by rogues.*blink**slow**Prescence of mind**Arcane power**put on trinkets**Pyroblast*The rogue wont know what hit him :D
Funny macros :)/use Ashes of Al'ar; Deathcharger's Reins/roll (100-100)/gquit]/quit/rw merry christmas/rw Furious we love you!:)
i figured this would be a good place to post my question since it deals with macros:I'm familiar with LUA scripts, I can''t write them, but I know what most of the possible functions. With LUA, you can gather many things such as HP and Mana percents. Here's my question: Can you make a macro that will heal your target only if they are at <70%HP (less than 70%HP)? I know LUA can do this, but I'm not sure if Blizzard locked this. If it is possible, can you possibly provide a sample of the macro? This will make sure I can spam <insert hotkey here> and know I won't burn through Mana mindlessly. I think it's this, but I seriously have no idea...#showtooltip#GetHealthPct(<70)/cast This might be the possible BG/Raid/Party spammer...#showtooltip#GetRandomFriend#GetHealthPct(<70)/cast please tell me if any of these work or need to be corrected. Tips welcome!
Here's a new one I came up with based on elements of a couple of the other ones here:I'm often in an instance or somewhere far, far from any merchants, and my bags fill up with grey junk. Rather than manually trashing each item, I now just click this:
Is there any macros for druids :-)
