If my Artifact weapon is at say, 68, can I still upgrade it to lvl 75 for the relic traits in Argus for my alts if I do the questline? I did the quest on my highest lvl artifact alt so it looks like I am stuck at lvl 75 for that alt.
Once you do the quest, your artifact will be max level which is more than enough to fully utilize the Netherlight Crucible.

The vendor amounts are more than I expected. It's a nice little extra boost of gold for a few weeks.

I wish world quests and dungeon/raid activities would reward essences instead of AP now.

Blizzard downloader just started a 14.25GB file download. Looks like it is getting ready for pre-patch.
Got an artifact token from a Carefully Hidden Muffin that I had before the hotfix and the game won't let you sell them to the vendor. I haven't checked if getting a muffin after hotfix will allow you sell them. I will have to check it out when I head out to northern Mac'Aree.
