I wonder if we'll be seeing any runed variations of those new dark hound models soon.

I just LOVE the new Darkhound model. I would never played one on my hunter alt before, but currently I really look forward to. Keep on with the models revamp, Blizzard artists! I just can't wait to see the ones they've left for last (I'm not even mentioning the ones still missing, still hoping *some* of them would have the chance to become allied races).
Eventually we'll see new Battle Pets, right?Mini versions of old gods would be cool.
Forsaken and Night Elf mounts looks like pre-patch goodies. :)
All this hate for the original demon hound models. Sad. I preferred them, too. New isn't always better, like those godawful beefy "savage" talbuks we got in Warlords.If they update the runed doggo too I just hope they keep the old model in game somewhere as a rare spawn or something. I'll miss my derpface pup.
A vicious ironside wolf would have been preferable to that hideous clefthoof that looks like hardly any effort was put into it.Horde's allied race mount is an old modeled beast while the alliance one is new, yet Alliance still claim Horde is the one being pampered, psh.
I like the new darkhound model but I wish they'd used the old skeleton to preserve the unique gait and stance.
I dunno how to feel about the new dark hounds. I always saw them as stiff. Ish. They don't look as stiff. Or, well. Unique.
I prefer the old darkhounds, too. I love their animations especially. If they could just update the skin a little but keep the skeleton and animations, that would be perfect. I imagine the fire darkhound will be the Dark Iron hunter starting pet?
It seems im in agreement with a lot of people here when i say i love the new darkhound skins but im BEGGING blizzard to keep the old skeleton and animations. They are completely unique and the entire reason i chose one as my hunter pet, and then changed my Hati to look like one too! Their running animation is my absolute favorite in the game. Like i regularly swing my camera around from facing forward to watch them bounding along beside me as i move through the world. Will be really disappointed if they just turn into wolves.
