New Mounts including the Mag'har Direwolf.

New Keystone Affix Blight Damage and healing done increased when injured, and reduced when healthy.

New World PvP settings are in, which can only be turned off in Stormwind or Orgrimmar: PVP_WAR_MODE_NOT_NOW_ALLIANCE PVP_WAR_MODE_NOT_NOW_HORDE

Cool items: Kua'fon's Harness, Darkmoon Deck: Blockades, Darkmoon Deck: Tides, Darkmoon Deck: Squalls, Darkmoon Deck: Fathoms, Mag'har Direwolf

Tailors can now craft bandages, perhaps First AId is going away. Example:
