Scaling Issues - Dungeon Heroic Mobs Have Less HP Than Normal Version

Blizzard has reversed the values of Normal and Heroic mob health by accident.

The HP levels on Normal are correct and it's intended to be difficult - but the scaling tech was not applied to Heroic bosses by accident. When fixed, Heroic bosses would have significantly more HP.

I was running Deepholm earlier just before the daily reset, and I noticed that the bosses in there died a lot quicker than they did on Normal.. I pulled up Shadowplay's DVR and looked at their hp levels. The second boss in there, Slabhide, has 1.41 million hp on Heroic... he has 4.13 million on NORMAL.

So.. I got curious and tested another dungeon, Vortex Pinnacle, and found the exact same thing. The first boss has 1.6 million hp on Heroic, but 3.04 million on Normal. The second boss has 2.26 million hp on Heroic, but 3.37 million on Normal.

So.. this got me thinking that all of the 'scaling' changes they did may have screwed something up big time. So I ran off to Bloodmaul Slag Mines to check...
The very first mobs in there, Bloodmaul Enforcer, has 2.5 million hp on Normal. So I zoned out and changed it to Heroic...

They had 1.44 million hp.

Blizzard has somehow managed to reverse the HP values for Normal and Heroic difficulties of dungeons. I'm going to go test some Raids right now to see if they're suffering from the same problem.

EDIT: Just went into Highmaul. One of the first set of enemies, Vul'gor has 9.3 million on Normal difficulty. On Heroic, he has 11.6 million. That means raids do not seem to have the same problem!EDIT2: Here's one with pictures. One enemy/pre-boss in the Iron Docks in WOD. -mythic is same as it was in 7.3.2
-hc is easier as normal since 7.3.5
-normal is harder than hc since 7.3.5

This most likely is a bug. This no way is nor would be intentional.

Keep calm people, It's only the first week of 7.3.5, bugfixes will more than likely come in to fix various issues,
including this.

In the meantime, send bugfix reports and hopefully, this will get sorted outComment by FelweedMy guess is that the values are basically swapped for the entirety of the boss lists. Which would call for an interesting maintenance period to revert. I only tested 1 raid (technically one enemy from the first group of mobs in the first fight in Highmaul), and he had less hp on Normal than he did on Heroic. In other words, it seemed to be working as intended. Dungeons are definitely FUBAR'd though.

If somebody else wants to check another raid and compare normal vs heroic on an actual boss, instead of a 'trash boss' like that arena fight on Highmal, feel free to!

The increase in HP messes with the fight. You can't burn through their HP before the phasing/kill mechanic kicks in anymore.

Also it looks like the patch broke the door to the elevator behind Valithra dreamwalker. You need to finish that encounter again to do sindragosa. I don't want them to make dungeons easier for lower levels because it will be right back at the start without being challenging. As for the reverse on Normal having more health, I really think its a bug and the higher HP is meant for Heroic.
