Reputation in 7.3 - Army of the Light, Argussian Reach, Catch Up Tokens

Catch Up Reputation

Earn reputation with all Legion factions at once via the Demon's Soulstone. This BoA item provides 1000 reputation with all factions, so it will be especially good for fresh 110s looking to get The Nightfallen quickly and unlock quests.

Nathrezim Tome of Manipulation: This increases reputation gains with Broken Isles factions by 200% for 2 hours, but does not work on players above 109. So for factions that have max-level quests such as Argussian Reach or Armies of Legionfall, this consumable will have more limited use.
