I knew it. I knew that Jaina is on Kul Tiras convincing them to join the fight against the Legion!

I like the style of that itemset, besides the hints on kul'tiras :)

The map is pretty epic! I'm glad we could zoom in so the guy's arm wasn't hiding it.

no , jaina is a dreadlord

Comment by Purgatorywolf

ooooo sneaky! i love it

Comment by Gronker

Hmm, this is an interesting development. I started to think that it would be cool for Kul'Tiras and Undermine to be staging grounds for the respective factions to launch their crusade against N'Zoth and his followers.

THE "LEAK" LIVES!

This is what I thought, too.

But honestly, in the end, I just hate Jaina no matter where or what she is. I hate her so much.

Comment by Grortraugh

I've been thinking Jaina will go Old God on us...You got the the "Her Heart is a crater and we have filled it line", and now this map+tentacles.

But moreover, a void themed expansion needs antagonists who we can contend with. Big cosmic entities won't cut it, you need a Gul'dan type figure.

Comment by Plaidiator

I like the rope and barnacle themes; it really shows the nautical culture of kul tiras. The tentacles make me wonder if kul tiras has been overtaken by the old gods while they were sequestered away. Maybe thats why Jaina started going so crazy and violent?

Comment by AzraelUltima

Look closer. It's just cut up parchment, no tentacles.

Comment by HighlanderBoots

I would totally go on a quest for Jaina to find the leader of the Bloodsail Pirates and demand they submit and fall in with the Kul Tiras fleet to fight against the Legion.

All hail our Mage-Pirate Queen!

Comment by Dualwielder

Isn't that Tethys? We killed Firallon in Cata, and any other leaders mentioned are non-canon RPG-only characters.

Look closer. It's just cut up parchment, no tentacles.

Oh that's where. I couldn't figure out what was meant by tentacles.
Yes, that's likely just more flayed pieces of map

There are tentacles as a design on the robe peeking out from under the parchment.

Didn't someone datamine an "Iron Horde" texture or something during MoP?

Interesting.

it looks like something someone would've actually worn for travelling, one of the more realistic sets we've had in a long time.

could this be future 8.0 content they've started working on? people are already slightly upset that argus isn't a whole expansion, I don't think they should try to cram kul tiras into legion also, assuming we get some major work done on argus and they don't have to stretch that to 7.4, legion is looking pretty complete.

In Ion's interview with Cox and Crendor last week, he basically said in exact words that 7.3 is the conclusion to Legion. He also gave a very good explanation for why Argus wouldn't work as a whole expansion.

Kul'Tiras fits perfectly with the storyline Blizz have built through Legion, and also with Jaina's disappearing act. I'd be *very* surprised if the next expansion wasn't something to do with the Void/Old Gods/Naga etc given all the hints in Legion, and Kul'Tiras just fits it really nicely.

Not on the map. On the purple fabric.

The voice over file for High Wakener Aargon is linked incorrectly.

Comment by Kanktank

The map with the route + x reminds me of the western half of Lordaeron, including markers for Capital City and Alterac City.

Comment by Arraya

Yes! Kul Tiras became silent and no one knew what happened there, maybe it has to do something with an Old God.
Knowing it shifted further into the sea during Cataclysm it could've ended up near N'zoth's prison. I've been saying Jaina will bridge expansions in a similar way Gul'dan did with WoD --> Legion.
