Great guide! One question: it says in the beginning that Highmaul is set for 10-25 players on normal and heroic modes. I could have sworn it was 10-30. Has this changed?
Correction to the number of players allowed in10-30 on both normal and heroic versions. LFR is also a flex type scaling with the number of people in raid.

Those of you who had a chance to dive into this raid on the PTR: Is there a recommended kill-order for our first guild venture into the zone? Are some of the optional bosses 'easier' and therefore should be our first stop, or should we focus on Kargath and come back to the optional bosses later?

Ive just found todsy the orge guy selling the gladitor supplies and i picked up three things a helm sword and shoulders all for my warrior so there plate, i then went to ashran and the troll there also sells the same gear but for honor points? What is the difference between the gear and can i transmorg it? Thanks in advance and keep up the grest guides they really help!

Reading through the guides linked here, It would seem that The Butcher is not an optional fight. It says in the Twin Ogron encounter guide that they become available after the Butcher is dead, and Twin Ogron is required before going after Ko'ragath. Is this just a wrong entry in the twin ogron encounter guide? It seems to be, by reading these guides, that the progression order would be Kargath > The Butcher > Twin Ogron > Ko'Ragath > Imperator Mar'Gok with Brackenspore and Tectus as optional bosses after The Butcher.edit: Grammer, spelling, and punctuation corrections

What ilvl should I have to do Normal raids?
What ilvl is required for LFR? I didn't saw you mentioned that.

I have a question about the tier set. I cant find anywhere anything about drop info. So the only thing i can think of is the gear model changes. for example I get "Casque of the Iron Bomber" plate helm off Kargath and depending on if i am on a pally or a DK it will look different?Thanks
It will look the same regardless of what class you are. If you are a Holy Paladin with it, you will benefit from Intellect and if you are a Frost DK you will benefit from Strength.
