Item - Death Knight T17 Frost 2P Bonus: Activating Pillar of Frost refreshes all of your Runes as Death Runes and generates 50 Runic Power.

Item - Death Knight T17 Frost 4P Bonus: While Pillar of Frost is active, your special attacks trap a soul in your rune weapon, increasing Frost damage dealt by 10%. When Pillar of Frost fades, your rune weapon discharges the souls at your current target, dealing 10 damage per soul.

Item - Death Knight T17 Blood 2P Bonus: Casting Pestilence increases the value of your current Blood Shield by 10%.

Item - Death Knight T17 Blood 4P Bonus: While Vampiric Blood is active, your Blood Shield cannot be reduced below 5% of your maximum health.

Item - Death Knight T17 Unholy 2P Bonus: When Soul Reaper deals its bonus damage to a target, you gain 3 stacks of Shadow Infusion.

Item - Druid T17 Feral 2P Bonus: Shred critical strikes reduce the cooldown of Berserk by 5.

Item - Druid T17 Feral 4P Bonus: While Berserk is active, special attacks deal an additional 15% bleed damage to the target over 6 sec.

Item - Druid T17 Balance 2P Bonus: Reduces the cast time of Wrath and Starfire by 15%

Item - Mage T17 Frost 4P Bonus: Each Ice Lance cast while Frozen Orb is active reduces the cast time of Frostbolt by 5% and increases the damage of Frostbolt by 5% for 10 sec. Stacks up to 10 times.
Item - Mage T17 Arcane 2P Bonus: After using Evocation, the cast time and mana cost of Arcane Blast is reduced by 25% for 8 sec.
Item - Mage T17 Arcane 4P Bonus: When you gain an Arcane Charge, you have a chance to increase the number of missiles your next Arcane Missiles will fire by 5.

Item - Paladin T17 Holy 2P Bonus: When you cast Light of Dawn, you have a 25% chance to also be able to cast a free 3 Holy Power Word of Glory.
Item - Paladin T17 Holy 4P Bonus: When you cast Word of Glory, you have a 25% chance to be able to cast a free 3 Holy Power Light of Dawn.
Item - Paladin T17 Retribution 4P Bonus: Hammer of Wrath causes your next Exorcism to generate 3 Holy Power.
Item - Paladin T17 Retribution 2P Bonus: Spending Holy Power has a 30% chance to allow the use of Hammer of Wrath regardless of your target's current health.
Item - Paladin T17 Protection 2P Bonus: When you use Avenger's Shield, your block chance is increased by 50% for 5 sec.
Item - Paladin T17 Protection 4P Bonus: When you block a physical attack, you have a chance increases your shield block value by 50% for 8 sec.(Approximately 2.201.55 procs per minute)

Item - Shaman T17 Elemental 4P Bonus: When you consume more than 12 Lightning Shield charges with Fulmination, you automatically gain Lava Surge.
Item - Shaman T17 Enhancement 2P Bonus: Stormstrike reduces the cooldown of Feral Spirits by 5 sec.
Item - Shaman T17 Enhancement 4P Bonus: While Feral Spirits is active, you also turn into a Feral Spirit. While you are transformed, you move 25% faster, and your wolves can proc Windfury.

Item - Warlock T17 Affliction 2P Bonus: While channeling Drain Soul on a target afflicted by your Corruption, Unstable Affliction, and Agony, the chance for Nightfall to activate is increased by 5%.
Item - Warlock T17 Affliction 4P Bonus: When Nightfall activates, the cooldown of Dark Soul is reduced by 10 sec.
Item - Warlock T17 Demonology 4P Bonus: Hand of Gul'dan now has 1 additional maximum charge, and Corruption has a 10% chance to generate 1 charge of Hand of Gul'dan when dealing damage.
Item - Warlock T17 Demonology 2P Bonus: Hand of Gul'dan has a 50% chance empower your inner demon, temporarily bringing your Metamorphosis form out even while you are not transformed.
Item - Warlock T17 Destruction 2P Bonus: When Immolate deals damage it has a 10% chance to generate a full Burning Ember.
Item - Warlock T17 Destruction 4P Bonus: When a Burning Ember is filled up, you have a 15% chance to reduce the cast time of Chaos Bolt by 50% and cause Chaos Bolt to consume no Burning Embers when cast.

Item - Warrior T17 Arms 4P Bonus: Colossus Smash now generates 30 rage.
Item - Warrior T17 Arms 2P Bonus: Colossus Smash has a 50% chance to reduce the cooldown of your Mortal Strike by 50% for 10 sec.
Item - Warrior T17 Fury 2P Bonus: Raging Blow critical strikes have a 50% chance to activate Enrage.
Item - Warrior T17 Fury 4P Bonus: While Recklessness is active, your attack speed and critical strike chance increase by 5% every second.
Item - Warrior T17 Protection 2P Bonus: Shield Slam has a 25% chance to automatically cast Shield Charge.
Item - Warrior T17 Protection 4P Bonus: Shield Charge increases the damage of Heroic Strike, Slam, and Revenge by an additional 20%. Defensive stance: While Shield Block is active, your shield block value is increased by 30%.

Warlords Season 16

Item - Death Knight WoD PvP 2P Bonus: Using Death Grip increases the damage of your next special attack by 25%.
Item - Death Knight WoD PvP Frost 4P Bonus: When you have Freezing Fog active, your next Howling Blast will increase Frost damage taken on all targets by 10% for 8 sec.
Item - Death Knight WoD PvP Unholy 4P Bonus: When you activate Dark Transformation, your Shadow damage dealt is increased by 20% for 15 sec.
Item - Death Knight WoD PvP Blood 4P Bonus: Anti-Magic Shell also applies to the 2 nearest allies.

Item - Druid WoD PvP Feral 4P Bonus: Shred critical strikes causes the target to take 10% increased damage from your bleed effects for 6 sec.
Item - Druid WoD PvP Balance 2P Bonus: When entangling roots is dispelled or broken by damage, you gain 1 charge of Starsurge.
: When you cast Starsurge, you become immune to Silence and Interrupt effects for 4 sec.
: Your Barkskin and Ironbark now also grant the target Nature's Grasp, which roots the first 2 attackers for 30 sec.
Item - Druid WoD PvP Restoration 4P Bonus: Increases the bonus healing from Nature's Swiftness to 100%.
: Interrupting a spell with Skull Bash resets the cooldown of Tiger's Fury.
: If you hit a player with Mangle while they are casting or channeling a spell, their damage and healing will be reduced by 35% for 3 sec.
: While Berserk is active, 35% of the direct damage you deal will heal the 2 nearest allies.

Item - Hunter WoD PvP 2P Bonus: When your Freezing Trap activates, you gain 50 Focus.
Item - Hunter WoD PvP Beast Mastery 4P Bonus: You and your pet share diminishing returns from crowd control effects.
Item - Hunter WoD PvP Survival 4P Bonus: When Black Arrow deals damage, it also increases Fire damage taken on your Black Arrow target by 2% for 4 sec.
Item - Hunter WoD PvP Marksmanship 4P Bonus: Aimed Shot reduces the cooldown of Rapid Fire by 5 sec.

Item - Mage WoD PvP Fire 2P Bonus: Casting Scorch reduces the cast time and increases the critical strike chance of Fireball and Frostfire Bolt by 15%, stacking up to 3 times.
Item - Mage WoD PvP Fire 4P Bonus: When you consume Hot Streak, your Pyroblast target has a 15% increased chance to be critically hit by your Fireball or Frostfire Bolt spell for 10 sec.
: Frozen Orb now explodes at the end of its duration, dealing (100% of Spell power) Frost damage to all enemies within 10 yards.
: When you Ice Lance a frozen target, the damage of your next Frotbolt is increased by 5%. Stacks up to 5 times.
Item - Mage WoD PvP Arcane 2P Bonus: Successfully Spellstealing a buff generates a use of Arcane Missiles.

: Envenloping Mist reduces the target's chance to be hit with a critical strike by 20% for 6 sec.

Item - Paladin WoD PvP Holy 2P Bonus: Denounce grants you 100% of the critical strike chance of the target for 8 sec.
: Reduces the cooldown of Hand of Sacrifice by 10 sec.
Item - Paladin WoD PvP Retribution 2P Bonus: When you cast Avenging Wrath, the duration of all incoming crowd control effects on yourself is reduced by 50% for 15 sec.
Item - Paladin WoD PvP Retribution 4P Bonus: Spending Holy Power increases your damage and healing by 1% per Holy Power spent for 8 sec.
Item - Paladin WoD PvP Protection 2P Bonus: Targets hit by your Hammer of Justice take 10% more damage for 6 sec.
Item - Paladin WoD PvP Protection 4P Bonus: Reduces damage taken while Ardent Defender is active by an additional 10%, and when you activate Ardent Defender, it will also apply to the nearest ally within 15 yards.

Item - Priest WoD PvP Discipline 2P Bonus: Penance now increases the movement speed of a friendly target you heal by 30%, and decreases the movement speed of an enemy target you damage by 50%.
Item - Priest WoD PvP Discipline 4P Bonus: Reduces the cooldown of Pain Suppression by 60 sec.
Item - Priest WoD PvP Holy 2P Bonus: When Prayer of Mending heals a target, you and the target gain 75 Versatility for 10 sec. Stacks up to 5 times.
Item - Priest WoD PvP Holy4P Bonus: Reduces the cooldown of Guardian Spirit by 60 sec.
: When Dispersion ends, you gain 100 Versatility for 10 sec.
: Shadow Orbs spent on Psychic Horror are refunded at a rate of 1 Shadow Orb per 3 sec.

Item - Rogue WoD PvP 2P Bonus: Successfully interrupting a spell with Kick generates 3 combo points.
: Increases the duration of Killing Spree by 1 sec.
Item - Rogue WoD PvP Subtlety 4P Bonus: Feint also increases your Versatility by 100 for 5 sec.
Item - Rogue WoD PvP Assassination 4P Bonus: When you use Vanish, you gain 5 Combo Points and the critical strike chance of your next Mutilate, Dispatch, Envenom, or Ambush is increased by 100%.

Item - Shaman WoD PvP Elemental 4P Bonus: While Ascendance is active, you are immune to silence and interrupt effects.
Item - Shaman WoD PvP Elemental 2P Bonus: Interrupting a spell with Wind Shear activates Lava Surge.
Item - Shaman WoD PvP Enhancement 2P Bonus: When you activate Feral Spirits, the duration of incoming crowd control effects is reduced by 50% for 30 sec.
Item - Shaman WoD PvP Enhancement 4P Bonus: Windfury now deals damage 2 extra times.
Item - Shaman WoD PvP Restoration 2P Bonus: When you dispel a harmful Magic or Curse effect from an ally, they gain 100 Versatility for 10 sec.

Item - Warlock WoD PvP Affliction 4P Bonus: After using Demonic Circle: Teleport, you gain 100 Versatility for 10 sec.
Item - Warlock WoD PvP Destruction 2P Bonus: When Immolate is dispelled, the cast time of your next Chaos Bolt is reduced by 50%.

Lastly. why does the hunter gear need to have scales?
