Compression can make anyone sound good imo*hugs*
Honestly, these are a let down. While I do like the approach for giving basic class information, they are focusing on only one spec for the class (I was really hoping there would be a guide for each), and touching on absolutely nothing but basic rotation information. No info on other abilities, useful cooldowns, what stats do for your class, or really anything.
So Druids are only Balance now ?damn there was me thinking they had 4 specs not one.
Seeing as how I am starting to gear my former bank alt paladin, I looked at the paladin video to shed some light on how noob I really am. Low and behold, I've been using the wrong Seal and buff the whole time........bows head in shame.......
that commentator sounds pretty awesome imo*cough*His name wouldn't rhyme with nevolore, would it?
Very clearly states that they are starting with DPS specs. Other specs will probably come later. Basic rotation information is sufficient for fresh boosts and would likely get many doing significantly better than they currently are.
"To help you get started, these videos focus on one damage-dealing (DPS) specialization for each class."

Waah! Blizzard there is more than only one DPS spec what are you doing dumbing down and lazy and lose a raid tier!Oh there's where I left my reading comprehension. Carry on.
I think these are great for new players or for players boosting an alt to 90 of a spec they've never played before. Simple and to the point, covering the most basic FUNdamentals.
It never ceases to amaze me how aggravated some people get whenever Blizzard does something to try and help new or inexperienced players. Clearly calling people noobs, and screaming obscenities at them for failing is the best way to teach someone how to play their class...
Ugh...combat rogue? Really Blizz?
dat Elemental Shaman
To think there are people in the world who might struggle to play DK...
This sickens me really blizzard! I mean does anyone else agree this is too much! It's not enough that the give people an easy button where you can skip levels and get gear but to cheat yourself out of learning your class and growing with your character while you find you way in the world is too far. Whats the point of having enriching quest or meaningful content anymore. How many other aspects of this game will become cash and carry? The impact of people being able to think that money = experience and that they can jump into the roles has had a very huge negative effect on all aspects of the game from dungeon to raid where others are relying on you and your ability to fill and do your role. Newly boosted tanks that think themselves invincible when they truly can't tank for $%^& blame heals for their short comings when clearly they pull incorrectly or don't know how to use CD's or taunts. Healers blame DPS for not reacting faster to raid wide effects or claiming that they should've known better and used a personal heal/CD/ or some other out. The reality being that they have yet to learn rotations or how to properly set up and use raid healing CDs or don't know the fights when the raid damage gets thick. Lastly newly boosted 90's DPSers still standing in fire and yelling for heals when they go out of LOS "line of sight"This is just a few reasons why boosting is bad for the game and for you unless you have had some experience playing said class/role.I don't call new players noobs or other down grading terms but don't think for a minute that I want you in a run that I'm in thinking that you can go toe to toe with end game content just because your wallet lets you in. I'm not against new people! I have taught many people how to play this game in multiple roles just don't think that you can cheat and skip and take a short cut. This game is the most fun and rewarding when you "GROW" with it and put the time in. Don't cheat you'll end up cheating yourself!-Tubahtinz Argent Legion Whisperwind-A
Honestly overall I'm just shocked that they would do this after viewing the above vids. We now have a company that did what they could to do away with cookie cutter toon builds but we expect and want you to play your class like this. Talk about Hippocrits! If we are all are gonna play the same way bring but my old talent tree and give me 80 points to spend in it! lolOne for all and all for BLOAT!-TubsChime in and be heard!

There was nothing that stopped people using sites like icy veins to learn about the basic rotations of a class or spec unknown to them. This is not Blizzard enabling these guides, this is Blizzard providing their own version of these guides in a place where most people would likely look first.
Hippocrits!Hypocrite; if you are gonna spout out, at least spell the term correctly. And if you are this angry about it, make a true statement to Blizzard and quit.
