Ahhhh I cant wait!
Today season 15 begins. Previously PVP Lead Designer said that the average duration of a PVP season is 25 weeks. Now, this is all conjecture, but under the assumption that this season has the same duration, this would put WoD's launch to August 19th (25 weeks of pvp season + 1 week to calculate rewards + 1 interim week of no pvp)Pure speculation on my end, of course. There's always the very real possibility that this season is shorter, or longer.
Wait I thought this was going to be a short pvp season like only 12-16 weeks tops.Which would put released Mid to late May-June.
"Good luck, champions—may the most bloodthirsty WARRIORS win!"This sums it up alright! :D
Am I the only one not expecting WoD until end of August/start of september? Obviously the sooner they release it the better, but with no official beta date set I doubt that they will release a polished WoD expansion as early as June/july. I for one don't mind, gives me time to farm my last 284 bloody coins, as these will be almost impossible to gain when WoD hits:)Sure content is lacking atm with SoO being out for quite a while now, but still - knowing the WoW community's hasty bashing of all-things-wow-related I rather wait an extra month or two and see an expansion that I can enjoy than play in a WoD expansion filled with an abundance of bugs/glitches that could have been fixed given more time. The way I see it this expansion is pretty much their "make or break" expansion. Don't get me wrong WoW will be going on for years to come, but slowly subs are falling, and unless this one becomes extraordinary I doubt that most will continue beyond this point. I don't hate wow or blizzard this is just my opinion. I think most can agree that although MoP brought a heck of a lot of new things (many good), it just didn't feel right. Something was missing, I really hope WoD can be a game changer and hopefully make new and old players sub once more. I think with this expansion the longer they spend on it the better honestly:DPeace!- Mamon
