Charge has not gone completely unchanged, for one thing before cataclysm it could not be used while in combat except with a talent.
Is Vol'Jin going to take his place as leader of the Horde in the patch, or do we have to continue to see his men running around town like he still owns the place?
The issue with the nerf to charge stun isn't just losing the stun, but rather losing our main survivability. Warriors absolutely have more mobility and stun than other melee classes, but those other classes have heals that we lack. This change is a huge problem and it sucks that the arena QQers have caused more problems for warriors on the whole. We have been taking nerf after nerf because of arenas since WotLK when they started trying to balance shield slam and block rating scaling. Just too bad that those people saying L2P can't learn how to close the gap on a warrior instead of just celebrating when they get nerfed.
It would be a buff aizenizm if it wasn't counted as an actual stun... It use to already stun targets for 3 seconds, but because other stuns would be less effective after Warbringer it wasn't very good for chaining with other stuns like shockwave in half time. For example... If a warrior with the warbringer talent charged, (3 second stun) then followed up with shockwave, (two second stun due to drawbacks). you get a total of 5 second stun time. But if you took double time instead, the warrior would get the 1.5 second stun time, and follow it up with shockwave for a full 4 second stun time. that gives you 5.5 seconds of stun time! This was why Warbringer was switched to root the target in the first place, because it was pointless to take it when it added up with other stuns.Overall, this is a nerf to warriors, I personally don't mind it too much, but this is by no means a buff.
