With each extension of the game from Blizzard, I have a reason to entice friends to the game. In the Soul Reaper would like to see more updates to HM.
hmm could be enticed back, had drifted away from it because it began to bore me
I'm still not quite clear on exactly what Adventure mode actually IS. Aside from adding the bounties and rifts, it's basically just a mode where the monsters and areas are all completely randomized? Like you'll go from Old Tristram directly to the Larder then to Archives of Zultan Kulle, all the while fighting random monsters from all acts?
Is this enough to bring D3 up to that legendary level we all hold D2 on? It's too early to tell, but I know for a fact that I will brush off D3 to give it another go for the first time since I hit 60 on my barbarian. I was very sad when I found out that the Paladin, my favorite D2 class by a mile, was not going to carry over. Hopefully the Templar will fill that void in my heart and once again let my smite evil and stomp in their skulls on my way to glory!
I truly hope that i won't have to wait for too long to try this game and some of the rift content that there is in the game, the fact that one can go down some stairs and find like 20 treasure goblins is more than enough for me to loose a substantial amount of time on this game again heheh.
I've never played any of the Diablo games but I have respected their lore potential and their community's power and loyalty.
I can't wait for this expansion.
The Adventure mode is awesome!
I was eager to start playing D3 when it first came out, but after a couple of months I kind of lost interest. I am hoping that this new xpac will peak my interest in it again.
You know what's weird? In the haze of all the launch issues, that's when I enjoyed playing D3 the most. Maybe it was because of the hype, maybe it was because I'd been playing Warcraft too long and needed the break (desperately.) But I haven't really played it much since the first 5 months. Then again, I'm also on a different continent and my PS3 version of D3 is sitting at home. So I also feel that if I start it up on my Mac again and experience all the awesome-new-stuff that I'm not going to have a chance in Hell at getting ANY of the trophies on the console because I'll be sick of it.Ugh. I hate having unlinked games on multiple platforms sometimes....
Really like the sounds of Adventure Mode - sounds like it will make the game more dynamic and less linear.
Looking forward to adventure mode! Woop woop!
Looking forward to this. :-) I really enjoyed the story of D3 and this promises to be even more amazing. What's more is it looks like we'll get to learn some more about the angels and heavens. Lol. Everything thus far as been focused exclusively on the hells and Evils. I've always loved the angels in Sanctuary and can't wait to see more of them.
Yes! This looks like it's going to be really awesome. My husband and I played through once on cooperative and then got distracted with other games. It looks like this expansion is definitely going to be enough to pull us back into the game.
I LOVE how paragon is now limitless :D thats wayy to beast...Cant wait to roll my female crusader :P I can see myself spending countless hours on bounties.
wooot i want to play diablo 3 reaper of souls so badly :D
Really looking forward to the expansion, very happy that the auction house is gone, kind of bummed there is still no offline option though. Hoping I can go beyond the easy mode for this one, hehe.
I actually want to play D3 now! I've been on the fence for a while after hearing how disappointed people were with it.
Can't wait, this will be the only reason to play D3
