Forgot to say, the new character changes look awesome, and the "tweeking the graphics" part is a big YES from me!
Loving the sound of this expansion. Unsure about mythic raiding as i raid in a 10-man guild and it will be hard to get a full 20-man team running, and if we can't it locks us out of that content. Other than that, can't wait, look forward to venturing into Draenor with you all.
So on Day 1, I was thinking: I need to hear more about how this is going to make sense lore-wise. Caverns of Time maybe? The thing is, the Iron Horde has to win; otherwise, you can't have the fall of the Draenei, the invasion of Azeroth, and the whole rest of the story. Prequels are like that. But then we got the news that it's basically an alternate timeline; which could go any direction. So okay, no Time Paradoxes, here.
Why humans, pandarens and orcs are so stupid?THEY SHOULD KILL GARROSH WHEN THEY COULD!...Now it's too late D:
For someone who really got involved during BC I am excited to be a part of this adventure. I still feel like they are hiding some good features though. Those two islands would work perfectly for a new race/class area...
While I am personally not happy with the name of this new expansion, I can say that there are are ton of things other than the name to be excited about. So much to look forward to, that at this time, I cannot pick one thing to make my favorite announcement.
goin to b sum good stuff in the up coming expansion srsly lookin 4ward to it!
I wonder if pandaren are being remodeled too, or is it to soon?
One thing i am worried about is the system requirements, as my computer already runs wow on the lowest possible settings (except view distance) and it still gets lagg spikes, low fps and low computing power, i really hope they release the system requirements way before they release the expansion so i can possibly upgrade my pc. It would be horrible to get the game and realise my pc cant run it.
My biggest hope for WoD is on professions. I sincerely hope they remove this nonsense wherein some of the requisite profession mats are all raid drops. or require raid progression to gain access to them. For those of us who do not have the time or the inclination to raid, we were completely unable to progress in these professions. It was utter nonsense. I am in a guild of casual players who play for fun and want a stress free play experience. Thus we have little to no desire to do end game or progression raiding. ( And LFR is a joke. The player behavior was so appalling I won't ever make that mistake again.)We were completely left out from end game crafting. (Alright not everything, but Blacksmithing, Tailoring, etc.)If they want to make materials rare, fine. I remember farming Arctic Furs and whatnot. If they want to give them daily cd like transmutes, etc., great. But don't lock out the entire portion of your player base just because they don't want to deal with the frustration of the raid environment. Anyway I hope they use the garrison as a means to garner mats instead of the raids.
This expansion is going to rock WoW.
I think my favorite feature is the new race models, it was a needed change. I really want to know where they are heading with the new talents because by just taking a look at them they seem very unbalanced (even more so than in MoP) I see a lot of AoE and cleavage in most tier 100 talents, maybe the new expantion will be full of raids where AoE is crucial, or maybe they will make AoE more useful in PvP. Thoughts?
