5.4 PTR: New Achievements and Rewards

Timeless IsleGamon Will Save Us!Achievement RewardsMounts:

Players who complete Glory of the Orgrimmar Raider receive the Reins of Galakras. These achievements can be completed in Flex modes, and the meta achievement does not require heroic boss kills.

5.4's Ahead of the Curve achievements (Ahead of the Curve: Garrosh Hellscream (10 player)/Ahead of the Curve: Garrosh Hellscream (25 player)) also reward a mount: Reins of the Kor'kron War Wolf.

Active PvPers can get a Vicious Saddle for achieving Grievous Combatant/Grievous Combatant. This can be turned into Combatant Mount Quartermasters for a Reins of the Vicious War Steed or Reins of the Vicious Warsaber if Alliance, Reins of the Vicious Skeletal Warhorse or Horn of the Vicious War Wolf if Horde.

Titles:

For collecting twenty pet cats, you will get Crazy for Cats and <Name> the Crazy Cat Lady/Man. To learn more about all the collectible cats, check out this comment.

Defeating Garrosh on heroic difficulty, Mythic: Garrosh Hellscream, rewards the title Hellscream's Downfall.

Participating in a lot of World PvP under the effects of Censer of Eternal Agony or Fire-Watcher's Oath awards Fire-Watcher and Fire-Watcher <Name>.

Defeating Garrosh on normal difficulty (Conqueror of Orgrimmar/Liberator of Orgrimmar) awards the titles Conqueror of Orgrimmar/Liberator of Orgrimmar.

Completing Wave 30 on Endless difficulty in Proving Grounds awards titles for each role: The Proven Assailant for dps, The Proven Healer for healers, and The Proven Defender for tanks.

For getting the realm-best time in each Challenge Mode (in a realm group of 3 or more), you will get a special FoS and title, which lasts until someone else beats your time:

Giant Dinosaur vs. Mega Snail

Open the Thrice-Locked Cage during the Thok the Bloodthirsty encounter in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal, or Heroic difficulty, and then allow its inhabitant to feast upon Thok's corpse once you have defeated the encounter.

Go Long

Transfer the Mark of Anguish to at least 5 unique players over a total of 200 yards or more during a single Desperate Measures phase, and then defeat the Fallen Protectors in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal, or Heroic difficulty.

Lasers and Magnets and Drills! Oh My!

Defeat Siegecrafter Blackfuse without destroying each of the following weapons in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal or Heroic difficulty:

Liberator of Orgrimmar

Defeat Garrosh Hellscream in Siege of Orgrimmar on Normal or Heroic difficulty.

No More Tears

Defeat Immerseus after killing 10 Tears of the Vale in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal, or Heroic difficulty.

None Shall Pass

Defeat the Amalgam of Corruption without allowing any unleashed corruption to fuse with it in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal, or Heroic difficulty.

Now We are the Paragon

Defeat the Paragons after assuming the mantle of three different Paragons in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal, or Heroic difficulty.

Rescue Raiders

Rescue a set of caged prisoners, a group of unwilling combat participants, and Ji Firepaw before defeating the Kor'kron Dark Shaman in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal, or Heroic difficulty.

Strike!

Kill 18 Kor'kron Warbringers with a single Iron Star and then defeat Garrosh in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal, or Heroic difficulty.

Swallow Your Pride

Defeat the Sha of Pride in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal, or Heroic difficulty after no player has gained Pride from Manifestations of Pride while Norushen is alive.

The Immortal Vanguard

Defeat Galakras without having allowed a single friendly NPC to perish in battle in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal, or Heroic difficulty.

Unlimited Potential

Transform a Corrupted Skullsplitter into a Corrupted Amalgamation and then defeat Malkorok in Siege of Orgrimmar on Flexible, Normal or Heroic difficulty.

Couldnt you think of some fancy Mists type mount for that? And a protodrake? It's between "old model" and "nothing."

WoW has finite resources to produce content. They produce some new models every patch, and undoubtedly that consumes the full amount of their bandwidth for doing so, whatever that is at any given time. But because they can reuse old models, we get *more* mounts, gear, etc, than their capacity for producing new models. So what's to complain about?
