The trial of Chi-Ji is a test of hope. Uncertain of the future of his people, Emperor Shaohao sought out the great Red Crane. The Great Crane challenged Shaohao to find the hope within himself, and cast off his uncertainty. Once the Sha of Doubt was vanquished, the Emperor became a beacon of hope for his people. To pass the trial of the Crane, warriors must believe in hope, even in the darkest of days.
The trial of Yu'lon is a test of wisdom and faith. With omens of a bleak future floating through his mind, Emperor Shaohao climbed to the summit of Mount Neverest to seek the council of the Jade Serpent. Yu'lon urged Shaohao to cast off the dark emotions that plagued him, and through his trials, Emperor Shaohao would become one with the land. To pass the trial of the Serpent, warriors must be wise in their choices.
The trial of Niuzao is a test of bravery and fortitude. When Emperor Shaohao was overcome with fear, the Black Ox counseled him to face his fears directly. After a protracted battle with the Sha of Fear, the Emperor emerged victorious. To pass the trial of the Ox, warriors must be resolute in the face of overwhelming danger.
The trial of Xuen is simultaneously a test of strength and a test of restraint. When Xuen gave Emperor Shaohao a 10-foot-pole and asked him to strike one of Xuen's warriors, the Emperor could not land a blow. For without restraint, anger and hatred run wild. To pass the trial of the Tiger, warriors must harness their power, while burying their thoughts of violence.
Props for posting the phoenix cloak animation with a priestess wearing FAITH!XD
Got a load off problems to get the back as range dps. So I switch to my healing spec, and that was a lot easier (not that I did not die a few times) . You draw attention from the little add when you do over-heal, but they are easy to kill / kite with some Moon- Sun-fire. Try to pick up the rotation when to heal, use potions, and healing-power-ups.
Im happy, this will be a well earned legendary for me, even if its "easier" its still a grind... and 5.4 is addressing the problems in chapter IV on the melee / range blobs... i was able to manage doing it before fixes. After several ragefits... xD
Do we actually need to spend gold to get those legendary stuff like in the previous expensions ?
I HAVE A PROBLEM!I remember doing legendary for +500 states and i got it but i made a 6 month break sadly , and i returned i got exalted with black prince but do not remember the valor quest or anything i took quest called: Incoming... What am i suppose to do now to get legendary quests done?PLEASE REPLY!
Have you unlocked the Dominance Offensive/Operation Shieldwall stuff in Krasarang? I think in order to complete "Incoming..." you need to do the 5.1 quests until you've unlocked that set of dailies.
I prepared myself for Chapter III: Two Princes by reading the comments on this site. I was worried about the difficulty of this quest and then I two shot it with my off spec (Fury Warrior). I then easily one shot it with my mage and hunter. This quest is not "too difficult". Especially when there is a ton of information out there you can access to prepare yourself for the fight.
Thanks for everyone using the guide--we've updated this with details on how to get off-spec legendary capes and that legendary capes are automatically ilvl 608 (regardless if you upgraded your old cape or not).
Few more updates, now that I've finished the chain. I've clarified where the Celestials are for Chapter IV, and how you have to talk to Wrathion on the Jade Serpent bridge to get ported for Yu'lon credit, instead of flying in from the east. I've also rephrased some of the wording for Chapter V on how the Celestials spawns work and some tips on the Secrets quest. Lots more pictures on the A Pandaren Legend page too!
In west pandaria, born & raised,LFR Queue is where I spent most of my days.Killin, crit cappin, ilevel buildinand I was taking cheap shots at that dude Lei Shen,When an Orc with an axe who was going to far, started making trouble up in Orgrimmar.I talked to Anduin Wrynn and wratharion, who said "You're going to grind your ass off for a cloak to put on."I queued up for the raids, and waited for the gear, the sigils barely dropped from any boss that I cleared. If anything, I would say RNG was unfair, but I thought "Man forget it" "Once more, Heart of fear!"I finished all of my quests not a second too late, and I yelld to my guildies "Yo homes', the time's here!I flew up to that dragon, it was finally here, finished the quest while my guild mates all cheered.
Thought I'd mention here, since I just found out firsthand, I had finished my Secrets of the Empire this week and cleared wings of ToT & SoO LFR for them quickly.Having done this I figured I would be able to go and kill the bosses again for a chance to drop a Titan Runestone. This is not the case, and you may not loot both off of the same boss in one week. Only bosses you had not killed prior to obtaining all 20 and turning in the quest.Hopefully someone finds this helpful!
Is this whole questline still doable in 5.4 after months if hiatus? I am trying to catch up from Chapter 1 to the end, but I doubt thay I would be able to get thru it all alone...I need to kill Sha of Fear, which will hardly ever be challenged by anyone by now.I need a kill on High Marshal Twinbraid(being a Horde), and the quest zone is pretty much empty, so I can't get a group.Somehow I didn't get Isle of Thunder starting quest when I logged in, so there is no way I can progress thru the questline....Can anyone give me some advice? It will be deeply appreciated.
can we buy a cloak for our off spec or is the legendary only one per toon?
