Reins of the Ashhide Mushan Beast: Costs 0 Bloody Coin from Speaker Gulan on the Timeless Isle. Requires you to get Censer of Eternal Agony for 0 Timeless Coin to flag yourself for PvP and kill players for Bloody Coin!

Ash-Covered Horn is a temporary uncontrollable mount that drops from Flintlord Gairan.

Reins of the Thundering Onyx Cloud Serpent: rare drop from Huolon

Reins of the Heavenly Golden Cloud Serpent: looks like Tsulong during the day. It will cost 0 Timeless Coin and requires max reputation with Emperor Shaohao, which can be acquired by mostly killing Yaungol on the Timeless Isle.

Raid Mounts

Kor'kron Juggernaut: 100% drop from Garrosh Hellscream on Heroic difficulty.

Reins of the Kor'kron War Wolf: Reward for completing Ahead of the Curve: Garrosh Hellscream (10 player) or Ahead of the Curve: Garrosh Hellscream (25 player)

Reins of Galakras: Reward for completing Glory of the Orgrimmar Raider. This meta achievement does not require heroic boss kills and can be completed on Flex difficulty.

Other

Sky Golem: new Engineering mount! Requires 30x Jard's Peculiar Energy Source and 30x Living Steel. Recipe can be learned by looting Schematic: Chief Engineer Jard's Journal. Herbalists can pick herbs while mounted in this.

Shimmering Moonstone: is a drop from Moonfang, a new boss at the Darkmoon Faire.

Reins of the Vicious Warsaber/Reins of the Vicious Skeletal Warhorse : Alliance and Horde PvP rewards, requires Vicious Saddle. This may be tied to winning 100 3v3 Arena games and/or 40 RBGs in a season.

There are also several datamined mounts with unconfirmed sources: Stormcrow and Lucky Riding Turtle.
