I think Blizzard have just finished nerfing every talent, skill and even the very playstyle of Locks now.My Character on 5.3 has a average 100-120k DPS (520 iLvl - No Movement, now that KJC is gone)The same character transfered to 5.4 PTR has a average of 30-45K DPS (No Movement, now that KJC is gone)
ice lance is the weakest spell of a frost mage, the crit given by old mastery gave its power... this is the biggest nerf in wow history and still noobs havent realised it...
Nerfs and buffs galore. Blizz loves to mess with warlocks,druids, and hunters. That is kind of bizarre they made Drain/harvest not AoE anymore - maybe they thought locks have enough AoE already. Cheers to the resto shaman buffs, though. Maybe we'll see shamans pulling well ahead of some other healing specs. No reduction for chain heal is big. I'm going to have to try to gear for resto now.

If seal of insight wont give prot palas mana, they will go oom eventually and it would be rather stupid mechanic...
I must admit, I am excited for the shaman talent tweaks. Totemic Restoration was pretty much a worthless talent for the most part and Totemic Persistence means I can now have my searing totem and my fire elemental totem out at the same time and that I can drop both healing tide and healing stream at the same time. This also makes things a bit more interesting for resto shamans, as they can now have two water totems out at a time, should they choose this talent.It is nice that healing tide totem is universal now and affects up to 12 players in a 25-man raid. This should help group survivability in LFR a bit, as there always seems to be at least 3 or 4 shamans present.Shorter CD for Astral shift and better shield from stone bulwark are nice too.I am intrigued by the change in the conductivity talent. Even as elemental, I drop these with fair frequency in raids to help out the heals in high damage phases and I like that they will now last longer the more lightning bolts I cast. A couple of questions though: do the lightning bolt/earth shock/etc extensions stack? Take for instance, if I were to cast a lightning bolt and an earth shock in quick succession, would that add 6 seconds to healing rain's length or would it simply refresh the 3-second extension? Does the enemy have to be in the radius of the healing rain to have the effect take place?It will be interesting to see how shaman healing will be tweaked in this patch. I don't know much about healing (I dos almost exclusively), but it seems like a lot of stuff is getting changed around for shamans.I also like a lot of the glyph tweaks. Ghost wolf while in spirit form : ). I wonder if that includes the speed boost. That'd be nice. I don't really care for the troll themed cosmetic glyphs, but thats just me. Fun time to be a troll shaman, it seems.
all these spell changes and buffs and nerfs make wow a very boring game.. havent they buffed, nerfed ,changed everything 4 months ago? and 4 months before than that? and before that? druid that i used to play 1 year ago is very much different than the druid that i have now. i try to adjust myself to all changes and when i feel lile i m used to my char, they change everything again. and again and again and again.. i m sick of all these stupid changes.. dont worry they ll change all 4 months later again..
