So Warlock still comes down to Kil'jaeden's Cunning being the only real choice, as the other two are just terrible now.Archimonde's darkness allows you to use one of your best cooldowns TWICE. How is that terrible? O_oAnd I no longer want to play my monk... Spinning Crane Kick is going away, that's lame./frowns.Learn to read patch notes better. Spinning crane kick isn't going away, they are changing the way the talent Rushing Jade Wind works. IF you take that talent, then yes, it replaces spinning crane kick, the same way as taking Chi Torpedo replaces roll, but if you don't take it, then SPK is here to stay.Me personally, I wont take it, I like my Xuen tiger too much for that.
Too many new awesome glyphs! I'll need like 18 million slots to use them all.
Master of Ghouls now reduces the cooldown of Raise Dead by 60 seconds.Maybe UH has changed a lot since I last played it, but didn't you have perma ghoul? and if it ever died, your summon CD had reset anyway?Seems pretty pointless.
and i'm still waiting for a much needed buff to DK frost's DPS, especially DW, as we're one of the lowest dps
Still waiting for a gift to hunters since they took away our biggest DPS cooldown. :-\"
is it only me that thinks that blizzard thought "oh btw next patch lets screw Disc priests"not only is spirit shell getting nerf´d but All of our *&^%ing mana regen is aswell da*&^%?They will remain the best healers anyway......I think i will finally give a try to Selfless Healer in holy spec.
Why do i feel like Blizzard hates warlocks? Affliction is nerfed under ground, Haunt is not even used much i think... maybe at 1v1... Malefic Gasp and Drain soul its main ability and it got half damage now... from both side... i feel like this is a little bit unfair for the locks ... Rogues are getting strong tho, which is good cause they were so bad in arenas... but do something with the locks! i think Demo + Destro is fine, but at least change the Dark Soul of the Affliction warlocks cause that is useless imo. Grazie ~Papla
In my opinion, disc priests needed a nerf BADLY. Every raid group wants to have a disc, not only because of the insane absorbs via spirit shell, as well as the sick amount of healing at a low mana cost, but because they are able to contribute to dps while topping the healing meters. I know ~30k dps is not much, but if you have ever wiped on a boss @ 1%, a disc priest would have made a huge difference. Basically, discs have the potential to do a huge amount of healing, and never run out of mana. I think the nerf in their mana regen was not to "screw them over", but to balance them out. On a side note, spirit shell is just OP. /applaude Blizzard.
As a GL on an incredibly dead realm (Dentarg) the virtual realm concept can't come soon enough. It might not actually be a struggle to get a half-decent 10 man group together anymore, lol. Question is, does anyone know if there's any way of knowing in advance which low-pop realms are going to be clustered together with eachother?
So Warlock still comes down to Kil'jaeden's Cunning being the only real choice, as the other two are just terrible now. And I no longer want to play my monk... Spinning Crane Kick is going away, that's lame.Rushing Jade Wind is a talent...Chi Torpedo is good, too. Just don't pick RJW and stop crying about nothing.
i wonder if it was all planed for the Sha of Pride to be a major part of the lore for WoW, as vanilla Hakkar the Soulflayer once said "Pride Heralds the end of your world" it makes you think :O
Master of Ghouls now reduces the cooldown of Raise Dead by 60 seconds.Maybe UH has changed a lot since I last played it, but didn't you have perma ghoul? and if it ever died, your summon CD had reset anyway?Seems pretty pointless.Current CD on RD is two minutes which can be a bit inconvenient if you are in places that require frequent jumping and arent adventurous enough to gamble if your pet jumps with you or takes the scenic route. There's no CD reset.
How can you call "Fel Armor" that when, in fact, it will no longer provides additional armor?
I've never played a druid tank. Is +20% to stamina a big boost or just a minor one?Its a huge boost. Bear druids already have the highest HP pool in the game (to compensate for the fact that they can't parry or block) and this buff will make them insanely good at soaking damage. It pretty much confirms they'll be breaking the 1 million HP mark by the end of the expansion. With the new talent (Ysera's Gift) that lets druids regenerate 5% of their max HP per 5 seconds. (1%/second) bear tanks will now also be fountains of health to themselves and anyone near them. This actually may be more powerful then Warrior 'Second Wind' due to larger health pool, and the fact Second Wind does not kick in until 35% HP
This is all fine and dandy, but I would like to know when Blizz is going to fix the fist weapons showing during combat for Monks? I'm aware of the "clipping" excuse, and buggy animation excuse and its all BS. Monk NPC's can be seen using their fist weapons just fine. And with the clipping issue, so what? Cloaks go into mounts, weapons go through characters when on the back. Just get it done Blizz.
As a restoration shaman, this patch might be the single most awsome thing in a very long time. Chain Heal, Healing Rain, Conductivity, finally a fixed Healing Tide Totem, a better Healing Stream Totem, and some really nice new glyphs. This is one happy shaman.
I don't play a mage, is that mastery change a huge nerf? Or even a nerf at all knowing what frostburn already does. That really just depends on the tendencies of the Mage in question. Mages are a delicate balance between huge burst and sustained DPS, on par with Warlocks, and Hunters to a lesser degree. Arcane is based entirely on Mastery stacking with the steady rhythmic 4x charges, barrage, bomb, and missiles repeated ad nauseum until thing is dead. Fire is more designed around movement, Crit and Haste being stats of choice with less of a rotation and more designed for extreme burst damage on the go.The changes to Frost, however, can be potentially seen as devastating. Frost is a cruel mixture of the two - Crit, Haste and Mastery are all equally important, and while lots of your spells are about standing still until the thing dies, it gives the options for movement and running away to continue killing, albeit at a different location. With the changes to the Mastery - for those who stacked it - it is going to be a huge nerf, as the Mastery increased a proc chance for Ice Lance to do crits like they were free, and for four times the normal amount of damage. (See here for an example:Fingers of Frost)On the other hand, the changes listed above seem to follow more of the Arcane path of the specializations, with the icicles stacking to 5 and then released with varying amounts of damage mixed in, crits notwithstanding. What's going to bother most Frost Mages, initially anyway, is that from the looks of it right now, Ice Lance will no longer be receiving any of the Mastery's increased damage output that it once did, and the proc chance is now either diminished to a point of non-existence, or removed altogether. So yes, it could be a huge nerf; it could be a boon; it really just depends on the person and how they've designed their Frost Mage to play. Since it's always been a hybrid of Fire's mobility and Arcane's stability, this is just one more thing to relearn and see how it works.
Why are they taking away readiness from hunters >:( Stop taking away our abilities, I mean nerf it or something, but taking it away is total BS, and increasing our main shots focus? This is total BS, and by that i don't mean blacksmithing....
