This patch deserves a cinematic! Plz Blizz!I second that motion. I think we Alliance deserve to see how this happened, and the "True Horde" to see their wrongs. Honestly though, Horde has been hit on hard, but then again, tensions between the races have never really been close to begin with. I can't wait to kill Garrosh though. I'm wondering where Thrall is though. Will he take the seat back?
I'm wondering if I should start farming the Vale now for shards- it might be too late if I wait until the patch hits.
staffs and polearms can be transmogged as one another save up and get one if you want it badly :)You can only transmog items you can equip, and you can only transmog them into items you're able to equip. So while my Monk is happy to swap around the two, my Warlock is SoL. :sI'm wondering if I should start farming the Vale now for shards- it might be too late if I wait until the patch hits. While i'm sure the sha-corrupted wildlife will be able to drop shards, I think i'm gonna start farming again. It feels way more efficient to do GL dailies than to grind away on mobs. Plus, it wouldn't surprise me if the corrupted mobs had more hp than what we're used to dealing with in the Vale.
I like the change. People have complained about Stormwind being damaged and Orgrimmar being under construction for a while, as well as things I don't think they should change (the Redridge bridge construction, for example). So it's nice to see some of it back to normal, and it's nice to see the game changing as the story does.I'd even go so far as to say that I completely adore the damaged Vale, as long as they do something about it after the content is over. It'd be a shame to have it ruined forever. But with how peaceful Pandaria is, I can already imagine we'll see pandas rebuilding it eventually. Or maybe I just mined too much on my panda.Either way, I'm pretty content with it. The gear on the other hand..
I think that this new look of the Vale of Eternal Blossoms is a work of the Sha of Pride with a little help from Garrosh (as seen what the ''Horde'' had done to the vale in the ''Dark Heart of Pandaria''.The old look of the vale was gooder than it's new look.Well said sir, not a thing wrong with what you have typed. There is zero reason for anyone to dislike your honest opinion. Such a sad change indeed though... But really it does not make sense for anyone to think anything is wrong with your post, Removed Again. What is wrong with what you said? NOTHING! When change comes, change comes, ya know? Don't feel bad.
I don't feel like that is a fair assessment. One of my biggest problems with this expansion is the message. Throughout the life of WoW the message has been "set aside your differences and work together." We saw this in Firelands. We saw this at the frozen throne, the Trial of the Champion. Over and over, we are fed this message. We get it. The problem isn't US. It's the NPCs. I would LOVE to follow a quest line where I could choose NOT to help the goblins destroy the environment, or choose NOT to slaughter a peaceful alliance town. I'm ready to be done with both Horde AND Alliance. The whole lot of them can kill each other off. I'll go hang out with the hippies in Moonglade. Blizzard, quit force feeding us faction rivalry just to have a message of holding hands and saving the world.
Taran Zhu, you were right.I'm so, so sorry, and I hope that the good we've accomplished can outweigh this horror that we've brought to the Vale.
I guess Dezco was right when he said: "This place is a crucible for change. And not just for Pandaria, but the whole of Azeroth"... but I'm pretty sure that this is not what he had in mind...
First four bosses of the new raid will be fought in the vale (and will be the first LFR segment) ending with Sha of Pride. Makes sense really. Immersius is the waters of the vale, the essence of that little pool in front of Mogu'Shan palace. The Fallen Protectors will be fought at the pagoda, Norushen too and Sha of Pride at the shrine where the second part of the dailies were fought. After that we go to Orgrimmar and before we can get anywhere near it we fight Zaela and her dragon:)I was trying to imagine how to mix such differents amounts of NPC in the same raid with Garrosh, and your comment light it up: It will reminder the whole traveling we did on Dragon Soul, visiting so many places before the final stand with Deathwing... It makes sense to think it will follow the same pattern.
You really had to mess up one of my favorite zones in Azeroth?
no crossbows?anyway the weapons looks sick
"We risk eveything, allowing so many into the Vale..."It makes me sad to see how much we let the Celestials down :c
Enough with the Sha already...
Well, you know what caused this? Garrosh. An old god is not a weapon, it's an evil entity hell bent on destroying Azeroth, and probably the Outlands. You really shouldn't mess with forces you don't understand. There was a titan in Yshaar'j's holding chamber for a reason....Garrosh has failed his people, and only wants to have power.A wise Leader cares for his people and any visitors to his city, but a foolish one doesn't listen to the needs of his people.
WHERE IS MY TWO-HANDED AXE?
The vale gets completely destroyed wow just wow when blizzard said the war would effect pandaria I never thought it would be on that scale
gear looks like something that kids designed now but we got mog so cant complain the Traditional Japanese Samurai gear would of been better as they used staffs polearms swords and Bows etc
lol cmon it's true
While playing this yesterday it was sad to see this state now. And if you go to see the goblins at the dig site. They're now in a small group as if too afraid to move. I think what happened that, during the Dark Heart Scenario, that they somehow released the sha's from there. But of course not quite sure where Pride was "hiding" is what might've happened. On the up side it's "funny" seeing how warriors can now duel weld staffs and polearms.
Im glad the vale is deystroyed, was to happy..I hope it has a gloomy and desolate feel of death and destruction now.
