I have to agree with what ZeroEdgeir, Clonzoo, and Fizzysid, have already posted. If people will only take some time to calm down and analyze the innumerable other factors other than the current 8.3 million subscribers, they would see that Blizzard still can and will deliver the games we all love so dearly. Keep your faith in Blizzard! :)
A 1.7 million subscriber loss in less than a year? That's astonishing. I'm not sure if I am happy or sad. Sad, that Blizzard may introduce F2P after all or P2W. Or happy that they can focus more on mistakes they made.
Until they drop below 1 mil subs(which is the same number TOR was at when they announced it) I really don't think you'll have to worry about the game going free to play...but then again, since this is for the Titan Project, talking about the sub loses is a bit much.
I think it's trying to communicate...
Wow all I can say is I know this is Wow head but there sure are a lot of fan boys here they lost 2mil subs in less then a year and a half and with the servers getting empty they will lose a lot more if this vr doesn't work. I think a lot of people forget how man as a whole gets from walking to a airplane or from using it outside in the woods to running water in the house......Complaints and if you stop hearing them you lose big just as Woolworth and wilco or sears or IBM ..any company that doesn't hear the yells of their customer's ends up dead in the water .
People keep bring up D3 like it flopped when it was the 6th to 7th most successful game at the time.Other than a few questionable design features, that silly DRM, it was otherwise quite good and people had fun in the MP. The very vocal minority who hated it just made it toxic to hear about on the net. Also trying to read a lot of the posts on the last few pages here is getting painful. The topic is going off its rails. Best i can tell is that they're making Titan as current as possible in content and the tech behind it
