Pointless. Of all the things they could be using their time to do, why this?
@KingdomknightProbably to make their support team more time-efficient. This way they can focus on only the web-browser support platform instead of having two distinct support clients. While in the web support prior to opening a ticket one is required to do a search on the KB or to choose options, current wow ticket system allow players to open tickets without any classification or restriction, which probably incurs in less efficient response times.
They should just add a browser that goes to wowhead. It would get so much use...Totally agree. B-net access would be then a nice addition. XD
Interesting. might burn CPU like no tommorow (I know the Steam webrowser does)I don't have an issue with that particular browser...
1. I hope its sand boxed, hard :o2. I hope they use webkit3. I hope it won't have that *click* sound when going between pages.

i think it's just a test to see if it works, and when it does and it doesnt mess up with the game/addons, we're going to have Hearthstone in WoW.
