That "Pegasus" mount could use some armor...
Aaaand nothing for Ret Paladins again. Go figure. The mounts look awesome, though!
I only see the priest change viable IF the glyph gives Priest the ability to dispel some more undispellable effects besides Iceblock and Divine shield (for example Life cocoon). I agree that Disc/Holy might not need this for PVE and some arena matches maybe (though personally I feel that in arena the Ratio of need/notneed is more like 75%/25%), but completely necessary for world pvp and BG, and it's completely unfair for shadow to have to Glyph into an ability to make it work like the baseline ability before.
Can't 100% be bothered reading all the paragraphs of writing about why priests are good/bad.At the end of the day there'll always be someone who thinks your class is OP.I've played both priest healing specs since Vanilla, as well as having played every other healing class @ level 90. All of them are easy as anything, but if I had to choose the hardest it would still be priests (may I also add that holy was kicking major *A* in Vanilla/Early BC?).The amount of healing they can do in high mobility fights is drastically less than others, especially without Glyph of Penance. They have had mana problems on and off since Wrath. Long castable spells as opposed to massive CDs and HoTs mean healing is slightly slower, and being the only cloth healers never did much in raids OR PVP.The recent attention to atonement healing has meant we actually have a chance at topping charts in 25 mans, world and PVP groups now- and why the hell shouldn't we? Why SHOULD priests be "middle of the road"? Atonement healing is what Disc needed to give it a different edge to holy. Disc bubbles and attacks, holy casts and heals. And if we're talking lfr (which is hardly a testament to anything), I regularly see shammies and monks at the top... I didn't say that druids are the best healers, either. I said they're the easiest.
I am only a LFR raider, but my current main is a disco priest and tbh I have felt OP ever since MoP. I have loads of level 90 alts and pick my champion per expansion. It used to be a pally healer during Cataclysm, but that didn't work out as well as a disco priest in this expansion. With minor gear I now usually top the healing list by a huge margin, just by atonement healing. After 5.3 I might check out my pally healer again, but I'd be surprised if even this nerf will make me switch. The current gap between my pally healer and disco healer is more than 100% (pally doing somewhere between 20-30K HPS, where my disco does 45+ with a record 80K HPS. Granted, the gear isn't nearly the same, but still the gap is huge.I am not too experienced, but that more then tells me the current disco priest is OP.
No, they are not. Instead, they are making the effects of moving while casting Lightning Bolt built in. This means a glyph is not required in order to cast it while moving.
Oh come on, look at shamans, they now have built-in glyph. That's what I call "freed up glyph slot". Removing cast time decrease from glyph for spriest means NERF, because you before you dispelled immunities in 1.5 sec even without glyph, and now it's required to do so.
This is what's called QQ.It's what happens when a caster class gets anything that isn't a buff (And some buffs that aren't "big enough")Seriously, mass dispel was freaking impossible to counter as paladin, Divine shield is our only real way to survive these days.
" +ERR_LOOT_SPEC_CHANGED_S = "Loot Specialization set to: %s"; "What does this mean? You can no longer que as spec one, get inside change spec and get loot for the spec u didnt go in as?Someone clarify :D
"Casting Lightning Bolt while on the move will be a baseline part of the ability now, as confirmed by Ghostcrawler tonight." it saysCast while moving will become a built in feature of Lightning Bolt.
Read the notes please - They are making Unleashed Lightning baseline for Elemental (at least. GC isn't sure about other specs). What's more, the 5% haste penalty is gone too.So you gotta read the changes as:a) Lightning Bolt can now be cast while moving for elemental shaman.b) New glyph: Glyph of Unleashed Lightning: Reduces damage taken while Lightning Shield is active by 10%.
Yay for the pony mounts but boo for the clown shoes they wear on their front feet as they're running. Is it supposed to be that way?
Casting Lightning Bolt while on the move will be a baseline part of the ability now Read more carefully next time.
