Now, I understand people being frustrated with not getting exactly what they wanted in profession changes for 5.2 but I'm a little disappointed that Alchemy gets pretty much nothing at all. I'm hoping they're holding out until 5.3 for something spectacular but I'm not going to get my hopes up. Alchemy is great as it is, but it would have been nice to get a little treat, yanno? There are so many cool changes that I will be so distracted from Alchemy anyway! ;o)

just great i thought the new crafted pvp gear would be aviable from the beginning but now (espacially the leatherworking) could take ages to get -.- rng drop patterns and rng learned patterns with a 1 day cd just great
I'm a bit disappointed there aren't any mantid epics, since they're adding the race to archaeology. I think each race should at least have one. Being able to fish up pets and other items makes fishing more exciting. I doubt we will see Golden Carp pools though which is kind of sad. Although I catch them in open water at 655 fishing, I'd like to be able to exclusively fish them. Engineering, like others have said, is somewhat of a neglected profession. Too bad, I would have liked a new reason to try to level my engineering (currently 240)...I'm not saying they needed to dumb it down as much as they dumbed down cooking (I got like 350 levels just standing in front of the trainer in Halfhill in like 20 minutes), but new and interesting items would have certainly helped motivate me. Leatherworking - WOW...a 36 slot bag? LOVE IT. Loot hoarders rejoice!Otherwise, love all the new rares, mounts, dailies, and fishing activities. I LOVE that the new rares will share tags with other players, and that the world bosses will spawn more frequently (I'm looking at you, Galleon). Overall, cheers for 5.2 and good luck to everyone.
The grind begins........I have one of all the professions....have to add daily skinning for patterns and killing for cloth...I have not done any of the dungeons so my bs is screwed. nothing for enchanters that i have seen? and jc again takes so much to make Diamonds :( at least now a reason to plant mote seeds.....alch, scribe, eng nada unless I missed somethingoh well continue on my plan to finish getting my last two prof toons to 90 and then start dungeons I guess....thanks wowhead for all the help I get form you all

I am trying to figure out why people are saying there is nothing for JC on the sole basis that it is not listed here. If anyone had bothered to go to the trainer, there are a few NEW PVP gems available requiring serpents eyes.
And still blacksmiths get shafted in this patch! LW can learn epic 522 patterns already, yet bs have to wait till stage FOUR unlocks! Blizzard is REALLY taking the piss outta blacksmiths AGAIN.
Disappointed in the lack of love for Alchemy. There's nothing I've seen in MoP that's 'special'. No rep-gated recipes or drops. It makes me wish my main wasn't my alchemist because she's the one that's exalted with everyone. >.<
