>.< damn it now i have to refarm agian for items i deleted im an orc so y do i need swords or maces :/ now i cna xmog them to an axe grrrr dejavu "i had corrupted ashbringer and deleted it cause really couldn't use it i found a better item and they made xmog items now " >.<
No.Class restrictions still apply though--you must be able to equip an item in order to use it for transmog.I did notice they did not mention daggers or fist weapons? They are 1H weapons and are they interchangeable as well, with class restrictions in consideration?
DOUBLE OOGFLINT FTW
Daggers into Swords yet?
Can anyone confirm if the 2 handed Axe Shadow's Edge can be used for transmog in 5.2?.
Aaaaawww... ;( They got so close to making this an awesome change, but failed just short of the finish line:Polearm <> Staves - Hooray! Finally I can make use of my Pillar of Ferocity again! :DUnfortunately, 2H-Maces </> Polearms/Staves, so still no way to transmog the most awesomesauciest druid weapon ever - Earthwarden. That makes me a saaaaad Panda T4-wearing Tauren. ;(So close, and yet so far...
I'm pretty excited about this. I'm such a transmog %^&*!, and I'm really looking forward to use some of the Polearms for my Staves - Black Ice Here I come
Fists to dags needs to happen. Seems pretty silly that assassination rogues never get to experience how awesome fist weapons can look. Mainhand to Onehand needed to happen though; my void storage is half-full of items that were waiting for this day. :D
Disappointing that Warblade of the Hakkari and Warblade of the Hakkari are retaining their MainHand/OffHand restrictions. I was looking forward to using them again.
so wish they would get rid of class restrictions. they can keep the mat restriction, but for me a druid i like rogue armor way more and geting the look a likes is far and few between compaired to tier drops or what not. all and all a good move in the right direction though.
Blade of Mastery can finally be mogged into 1-hand.EXCELLENT.
must be because death knights can't wield staves...
I didnt see Quel'serrar on the list.. =(
that kind of freedom is pretty sweet.
You left off The Turning Tide from your list of swords. I've been holding onto it since WoTLK Naxx now, just biding my time. I was so crestfallen when it wasn't in your list - but in the PTR version of the site, it's now listed as one handed! hurray! let the other 2 people in the game who like this sword rejoice!
Is it not a bit weird that only staffs can be transformed into pole-arms? can we not just make everything transmoggable and then allow peoples imagination run wild? will require more gametime for those mages who want to have two shards of azzinoth on their back, or that one monk who wants his items to look like hes holding 2 staves
So they are making all these changes to mainhand/offhands, but the Searing Sunblade is still going to be listed as offhand? What the hell?yeah, rogues get sort of screwed here, hopefully they add agility axes/swords/maces for rogues in 5.2. I don't think I ever met anyone in the game who likes using a fist weapon.Fist weapons are the ugliest weapons in the game. It would awful seeing a assasination rogue wearing fist weapons. I'm glad and hoping blizz never makes that change. There are only like 2 or 3 fist weapons that are marginally decent by design. Swords and axes are much better looking. What about Searing Sunblade?
