Hooray for the warlocks!
As a paladin i'm not quite sure why i'd drop a CD reduction of a third on wings for a minor alteration to the way TV deals damage. Am I missing something?I believe it will function in a similar way to how a warrior's Colossus Smash works- I.E a complete bypass of the enemy's armor, not to mention the holy damage buff from Inquisition and the two piece. It will hit A LOT harder. Also, Dire Horn stampedes! :D
Awww the second I saw that pally prot 2 set I was like "YES I CAN BLOCK CAP!", but either way it will be an awesome addition to our mitigation arsenal.
I don't care for those DK tier-set bonuses. The Zandalari Spirits seem like more of a novelty than anything useful (definitely not as useful as the current T-set's Obliterate damage increase), and the Army boost is useless, since, unless you have have the "no taunt" glyph, you have no business using it in most raid fights (unless you're a tank, which is still debatable). Hopefully they just focus on useful set bonuses (like damage boosting for DPS, threat, armor, and health boosting for tanking), otherwise there really isn't going to be any use in going with T-set armor over regular gear. What? I'm not sure you understand the Death Knight class very well. Ok, lets start by looking at the four-piece: Army hits hard (~40k), and no DPS or tank has a reason NOT to use it on any fight so far in MoP. Army has never taunted mobs tagged as 'boss,' and if we happen to have that issue with any fights coming up in T15 with various adds then we have that wonderful glyph that prevents that problem; I'm not sure why you portray that glyph as a negative aspect. Now the two-piece: from the post we know that at base it does about the same damage as our typical ghoul (but scales with Unholy Mastery), though we have nothing about how long it lasts. That bit of information is what's really going to determine if it's better than our current two-piece. If each spirit lasts about thirty seconds, I'd say that's a close comparison. Personally, I have a hard time imagining that they'd be up for any less time than that; to me it would just feel impractical otherwise. There will another benefit to having these spirits as well, we'll be able to use Death Pact much more easily if these things are up frequently.
Nice, but demonology's set bonus seems really weak... no cool
-- On live, PvP Power grants 0% healing to Balance, Feral, Windwalker, Retribution, Shadow, Enhancement and Elemental. In the next 5.2 build, this number will be 25% (or half of what a healing spec gets). We agree that PvP healing feels too weak for these hybrid classesis this a joke? are they seriously planing even more healing for hybrids?
Do we know what s10/s11 will cost?
Just saying but the PvP vendors in Dala and Tanaris have been there since 5.0 selling all the Cata PvP gear
Warlock T15 4-set bonus seems pretty unappealing for destruction :( Having a low chance to generate a bit more of an ember? How lame!
So does this mean the blue vicious set from hunters is available yet again or ? On live only the green1 is available.I wanna know the answer to this too, if anyone is still checking this post. I have about half of the blue set, but I can't seem to find it in game. I was so excited when I saw this news post, but was it wrong and really the green is just back, no blue?
