Probably the most satisfying acheivement i've had in the game is getting my twilight drake gladiator's mount in cata for the PvP season.
Hey all Been a player since fer ever lol - Love your site - My most excited to achieve in-game was when I recieved my legendary stone believe it or not - its a lot of work but worth the time to aquire :-) Next on the list is to actually finish the legendary quest Im almost 3/4 of the way through on the valor needed - cant wait to see what lies ahead :-0 Keep up the good work Blizz
The albino drake.Took a long time.Well worth it.
Back in Wrath, I was in a slow raiding guild. We were getting consistent and getting to Sindy in ICC, but couldn't beat her every time... Eventually we were one-shotting her too, but Arthas was just too much. We tried every Sunday for at least a month, towards the end of Wrath, when the weekend before the Cata patch, we had a perfect run up to him. We probably spent three or four hours just wiping again and again, but the time we finally succeeded, I got pulled into the sword, and having never been there before, just panicked and DPS'd as hard as I could and made sure to cancel everything. I killed the mob, and we made it to 10%, finally downing the Lich King himself. And that's why my moment is "Kingslayer"
getting leveled and geared enough to raid with my guild
Leveling to 90 and earning Achievements as you go :)
Getting Battlemaster was the hardest and the most rewarding for sure!
I was pretty happen to get the Kite mount last weekend. Listening and reading about people QQing about having to do the rep grind, and my limited play time. . . I have no idea why people are/were such whiners about it. If I was able to power through it (I took them 2 groups at a time), anyone should be able to!Oh and doing so also nets you that sweet, sweet Onyx Black serpent mount. Was pretty happy to get both mounts on the same day.New achievement: Get another class to 90. Or heck, even 3 others :o
Getting the white hawk strider on my first run.
The item I worked towards with the greatest determination was the Scarlet Sin'dorei Robes (Scarlet Sin'dorei Robes). I honestly didn't think I'd ever get to level 70, much less get these robes, but after long months of instancing, questing, and Mt. Dew chugging, I ran Magister's Terrace incessantly until the robes were mine. The key to my RP outfit complete and my elf looking as lovely as ever. Totally worth it!
Getting the Field Marshal title during the first rated battleground season in cataclysm as a ret/prot paladin on an RP realm.
My most favorite has got to be my first Deathwing kill. It was the first time ive ever been in a guild that killed an endgame expansion boss before the weekly buffs that made it simpler. That and one i'm hoping to get soon which is 200 mounts :) Not a real "achievement" but a personal milestone(for now).
My accomplishment in wow is probably not much to must people but it was the coolest thing ever to me. This accomplishment was my first raid on Storm wind. We have like 5 Guilds going at Storm wind and the guild i was in was supposed to launch a water assault from the docks it was the coolest thing ever seeing about 50 people swimming on the ocean floor coming in to storm wind from the docks when all of the other guilds were coming in from the Front gates and from the Air it was the best thing i have ever done in this game we did succeed when we attacked the king but i was killed pretty fast in the throne room but it still was awesome.
When I got my first piece of tier gear in cata. I am not normally a raider so that was by far the proudest moment.
getting glory of the ice crown raider
So many achievements to choose from, like at lvl 85 being in a huge darkmoon rabbit raid and winning the rabbit :D, 25 tries and getting the raven mount! Or how about the time when I was doing archeology got the bug mount, then the recipe for the sandstone drake and found the camel figurine all in the same day! I've always loved collecting pets, please give me one! lol
My first big acheivement in wow was grinding the old school Wintersaber. Felt so good to finally get it.
What is big, white, round and comes with a murloc?A Big Blizzard Bear! Yes, that is what I want the most.
Hopin' to win something.
When I was but a young gnome, knee-high to a, well, pretty much anyone else, I cast a jealous eye on any human that had the privilege of riding a Black Stallion. It was a horse! It was BLACK! It wasn't available from the regular horse vendor! So I quested, and turned in runecloth, and I queued for countless Alterac Valleys (this was when you had to go stand in front of the PvP queuer-dwarf; I at least didn't have to hike up to Alterac). And it came to pass that I saw in my chat log "You are now exalted with Stormwind". And I rode my thoroughly inadequate Mechanostrider to a flight point, and flew to Menethil Harbor, and bought my BLACK STALLION.And then I rode it down to Karazhan to show off to my guildies, and they were all politely unimpressed, and encouraged me to keep leveling so I could come raid with them.
