We will never escape gunship.
Ok, I am glad I let my subscription run out. I actually kind of liked the pandas and playing them but playing alts was all I enjoyed. The dailies really felt like a grind and I think adding more is not a good solution.
OMG REALLY THEY ARE MAKING DAILIES SO PEOPLE STAND IN THE STUPID... i love it way to go blizzard :)
World of Dailycraft lol. But seriously...with all these dailies the game is becoming more of a chore than a game. I suppose i wouldnt mind quite as much if it werent for the fact that these grinds take weeks and i have alts that i want to play on. Preach to me all you like about them being "optional" but if i want to raid and experience what the game has to offer beyond dinging 90 im gonna need to do these in some capacity. I understand the it from the viewpoint of the devs wanting to lengthen the game where people dont get insta purples and &*!@...but this...i mean can you really call this "working for it?" A monkey could do these dailies. They arent difficult...just tedious, time consuming and ultimately very very boring after youve done the same quest for the 10th+ time. Learning a boss encounter, coordinating your raid and honing your individual skills in order to down a boss and ultimately a raid, THAT is "working" for something. At least in the definition of a game, and not say, a part time job flipping pizzas, which is what dailies are starting to make wow feel like. That said, there are alot of things i love about this xpac, it was very fun leveling up to 90, the quests each having their own stories and varied objectives and locales. I like the revamped perk system and like what blizz has done with most of the classes (granted there are some changes i disagree with). Transmog continues to be a great addition to the game and my wardrobe will be pleased with the new patch allowing people to go and actually solo raids without needing to be in a raid group. LFR helps to be a sort of "gateway" introduction to raiding while helping you gear up for it (though actually getting gear has been a bit of a hassle with the new system). The pet battles look fun though i havent personally checked them out yet. And theres other additions that ive enjoyed as well, just dailies really arent one of them...i hate grindy things, especially grindy things that are purposely spread out over a long period of time (yes several weeks of doing the same ^&*! int he same game just to get a recipe or pair of pants thatll probably get replaced is a long time to me).
I don't like the idea of having to do this dailies in PvP mode regardless of the server, I want to quest, not a BG on every hub
They could at least make the graveyard closer ... hehe!
I hit exalted with every single reputation about.... 2.5 weeks ago? I was did them with a friend of mine, we did all the dailies in under an hour. I no longer need to do dailies (unless I want to) and have enough marks for several months to come. It really isn't that hard to complete and get the mounts and achievements that you want.
These dailies are so terrible, all you get is ganked. Dont get me started on the quests in the cave. So dumb that they keep adding more worthless dailies. Give me another dang way to get the rep. I have alts i want to play stop requiring me to do dailies to get the damn rep up. I would much rather grind mobs to get my rep up then having to do another daily. Not required? tell me one other way to get the rep up other then dailies? That's right there is none. Dailies are REQUIRED if you want the rep or the items from the rep. Its not a matter if they're required for raiding because they're not. But the dailies are required for any the the dang rewards.
I take it then there are no tabards for the new factions to buy so you can get rep by kills though dungeons?
