I still don't get the issues people have with the new LFR... Just because a bunch of Need/Greed windows don't pop up anymore for the INT leather while I play feral druid doesn't upset me. Or the fact that people don't immediately spam /raid with "WTS for 200 gold!". Or the fact that I can't see that Shadow Priest who won the resto trinket I needed doesn't bother me.LFR is a "joke" about how easy it is to kill the boss' that we can compare it to the welfare epic's of ICC days. If you want the gear go do normals and ninja your loot there. See how long you stay in normal groups. Or simply don't do LFR. you should be able to gear up via other methods.
"At a deeper level, there's a lot of symbology with the sha, which is good from a storytelling perspective.""...there's a lot of symbology with the sha...""...symbology..."I believe the word you are looking for is SYMBOLISM. ;)
I'm disappointed that they didn't discuss anything that I wanted to know about, except that they are thinking about cross-realm auction houses.
I'd like to ask one thing as well...there was a blue post on how we were a bit displeased on in, but they haven't gotten back with us yet..will they do anything with the worgen models? There have been MANY forums on it, and so far I've only seen one blue respond. I seriously hope they at least give us an option to us the alpha model of worgen...
While reading this (entirely) I noticed the steer on PvP was a bit... Half assed, Cata's issue in PvP was noticed yes, healing was way too high. Though for Dps dying to fast, I don't think I can agree with that fully, players have cooldowns to use to mitigate damage, it's their own risk and choice if or if not to use it.I'd love to see more information on PvP that doesn't allow me to force my arena comp's depending completely on what's "good" this season or not, though i'm a demo lock and a blood dk so I always have reasons to complain eh? The whole "health is 3:2 damage" thing seems dangerous, even if healers get nerfed healing in PvP more health is only allowing more chances for them to fully restore their ally's health easier.I have noticed however when I go into a war game currently some of my abilities healing is reduced, Blizzard, You are the greatest company to actually import this idea. With this stated all my previous conflict's are woe, if we nerf healing enough that players can actually have the damage to kill a player without saying "oh, disc priest... might as well leave." or "shaman and frost mage, PFFFT troll face me more?" (Get it? Two great races for sham/mage is Troll?)But i'll wait like a patient panda and see... I have full faith in Blizzard, i have always had full faith in Blizzard. Even in their dark days when they killed Illidan i had faith in Blizzard, the company that has entertained me since i was a child, i won't back out so pathetically! Blizzard, my faith is placed upon you... Do the right thing... Bring Illidan back... Make my Demo lock one shot people instead of dest (chaos bolt + dark soul)... And loan me some gold.
CRZ is the WOW killer O_o Finally
"We understand there is a lot of concern about hybrid healing in PvP, and we'll be keeping a close eye on it. Shadow, Ret, Ele etc. are intended to have some off-healing capability, but they shouldn't be able to replace a healer completely."My concern isn't so much with the damage spec, but with the healing spec. Specifically I am tired of getting owned by holy Pallies and I can't even touch them. Also the PvP balance is rediculously subpar at low levels. Blizzard doesn't seem to care since it isn't endgame content. I am just tired of seeing a half dozen healers completely dominating a BG.
